Hello guys,

I just updated PipShow, you may use this indicator for managing your trades...

-- Added another type of percentage alarm based on total TP & SL, and with suggested BE. This option is useful to alert you if your set TP is reached at certain level so that you have an option to adjust your SL or set a Trailing Stop or move your SL to BE (or above BE). Most of all, this indicator provides you an accurate total number of Pips on more than one trade entry.
-- Added an option to have a user defined power hours for Currency Strength Meter ( default is 3 hours) --- Note: Again this Strength Meter can be disabled as an option.

You may now download this release >>> here

Hi,

I would like to ask, in this instance below, GU seems to be going into a time of pullback before plunging any lower.

But when do we know when it is ready for the next dive?

Do we watch the PA in the lower timeframe of H1 and M30 for bearish candles? If so, what is the highly probable bearish candles, is it bearish engulfing ones?

hello birdnest...

Here is what I can see....

It is easy to see after the fact ... but try to practice more looking at historical facts already as history repeat itself from time-to-time... You'll get a hang of it or until you get accustomed of what you see on the chart. Try to go back to some of Lk's postings here on her thread, and then practice... a la Allen Iverson, I did somewhat like what he did though ; )-

On the other hand.... At Daily TF, it looks like a falling wedge pattern, just stacking these odds of probabilities and confluences... then see how PA reveals itself or confirms what you have seen on your chart.

Have a great day!

I'll delete this post if it went the other way around though ; )- but the above posting are just my opinion, my Big Bang probability based on my limited experience in Trading... still noobs here....

Kindest regards...

THANK YOU V2VBONI for the detailed explanation. I was super weary of selling GU just now because I saw H4 in an overbought area. But I still went ahead to catch some 50 pips before exiting.

Does anyone trade with 1 standard lot? Also, what is everyone's average pips per week?

I am struggling to get a nett of 150 - 200 pips per week.

Hi BN,
we should look for a short off resistant which is trendline in this instant where price got rejected with a pin/long thin bodied blue APB (sign of weak bull).
Have a look at your chart where I marked 2nd arrow with a red trend line.
I would get in a short once price broke green trend line (to be safe).
The principle applies to any time frame, just need to remember to check next time frame which is D1 too

If you are not profitable with vol 0.01, don't go more until you are. Yes, I have been trading standard lots. What I do or others do have very little to do with how you manage your trade and your risk tolerate. knowing where to enter is important, however, where to exit is far more important...that's what turns your acct into green every month. No one is able to tell you that but you from your experience. So you need more practice...
