Please note that F period is inside E period that is inside D period that is inside C period... The balance rule is: Go with the breakout if any and monitor for continuation.
Consider anyhow that when a price has been tested so many time it is particularly weak but, at the same time it is also an indicator for the fact that the action attempting all this test is not particularly strong. So generally a cluster do not lead to a strong continuation when finally forced. So in the hypothesis of a breakout upside I will not expect really serius buy above it. At the same time a breakout downside without the correction of the up cluster will be very very weak and consequently very very risky..

Hi Lock, Although we have these inside bars do you think it is still likely to break lower?

The inside bars mean balance. A balance could lead to a break above or below. You have no indications about the direction from inside bars. The narrower the balance the bigger the breakout, generally, but all this situation is particularly weak so a false (or more than 1 false) breakout could accurr here, before to eventually establish a concrete direction.

If it will break lower without a correction upwards, anyhow, I will not be in to it. And if it will break above I firstly will close my short from above the GB session high. Then I will see the reaction above the cluster.

G is attempting a breakout and tagged the B period high (open price for GB session) that now is weaker than before. But now, for continuation upside I would like to see acceleration above here and specially above B period high. USDX is balancing and, yes, it could breakdown. But is not breaking yet. Let's see.

B period high removed but now I want to see acceleration because we are against daily trend down and in such a condition I will not be very patient.

Now we have an 8 letters POC so, unless a spike test in the last two periods of GB session we could also remain around here up to preUS open.

Balance rules say that when a breakout fails in one direction the possible natural target is at the opposite side of the balance. In this case if the H period breakout will be a failure upside the opposite side of the ebalance is D period low and consequently the possible natural target here.

GB is now at Friday pit session low, just at the top of the old gap up from the 15 of August. If we remain down here preUS will open with a gap down. If above instead, it will open right inside the Fiday pit balance around the composit poc 2968. If preUS will gap down and resist up to pitUS open we could see a final correction of the old gap down to the 15 of August high. If it will open inside Friday pit US we could expect initial acceptation of Friday range and relative balance.

PreUS open with a very small gap lower, right at the top of the old pit gap up (2938) and well inside the Friday preUS C period range (2914-2955). For continuation downside we want to see, again, the current gap down preserved untill pit open and the low of today GB session ( 29155) tagging the low from Friday preUS (2914), reached as soon as possible.

Watch out if it instead will come back inside friday pit session range (2938-2974), retracing the current little preUS gap lower. In this case we have a big pole of attraction at 2968 and the possibility to retrace at least up to today Tokyo poor high cluster 29865. Also note that Friday composite preUs+pitUS profile has a poor high (29755). In any case this move down is forcing action and consequently it is very risky (as written many times).

PreUS gap down retraced, Friday pit low tagged, back inside Friday pit session range. Now let's see if B will close inside here and eventually if C period will confirm here too or not. This is important because if preUS C will close inside Friday pit range, upcoming pit session will open in balance.

Note preUS A B period lows formed a poor low at 29235. This is obviously very important considering the old pit poor low at 2865.

So Pit US is going to open inside Friday pit range: balance expected at least initially.

Current pit session opened inside Friday pit session range (2938-2974). So for this reason initial acceptation of that range is expected. And in fact we are balancing inside it for now. Then, if price will breakout we could test above or below it.
