IMHo is the ONLY (pre designed) way to stabilize the uk;s main money maker , the property mkt. with out creating too much anarchy, and this is why it aint going back up http://www.imf.org/external/research/housing/

They are in deed cute at that age, then they start carrying guns, knifes, sluggers to school and they become a bit dangerous, but up to that point they are ok, teach them well Sir. they are the future.....
