welcome back and sweet trade, there was a converged level at the highs covering all ranges for a limited risk short ,glad you got some,interest price zone at present

I'm beginning to think that maybe even Gann was describing something similar to Fourier without realising it lol

There's a great example from GJ today of the kind of thing I'm talking about. On the M5 price tapped a historic clean'ish demand zone. For me this isn't of any real interest in terms of touch-trading but the resultant PA was interesting.

I'm still exploring these kind of setups but we can see from the chart that price took off and printed engulfing PA and entry signal. How many times, however, have we been in the situation where we've entered, and after those two juicy bull candles have printed we've turned off the monitor believing the trade is going to be a runner?

It can be very difficult to close out after these nice candles but the M5 TF had a clear area where it was going to potentially resolve. And in essence, what the market printed was a complete M5 fundamental cycle with the retest at the point that we could have taken profit. Longs in a downtrend (so-called) eh?

having re read your posts and had a quick look at Fourier Analysis i can certainly see the resemblances in the law of vibration .

i can see similarities in my perspective .

you mention remaining focused to the cycle on one time frame to capture the present traded wave which i understand .although i personaly enter for arguments sake on 1 min t/f and have the levels relating to 5 min 15 min ect identified on which ever time period is open.concidering over all conditions of the market as a whole and reaction at the high of present wave (cycle) will look to join the time frme above if conditions suit.this will be clearly shown from a lead at that completed price.the convergence to one price level is time and price meeting.dificult to explain they collide and at this point i recalculate everthing and disregard all previous history.

unfortunatly i dont have a simplistic way to explain although its much simpler than it may sound as most things are in life once you understand them a little more.

interesting stuff but extremly time consuming

This is my very point.we can be right but with the additional time factor or price factor our risk gets reduced to levels behond ...

ASX 200 converge of averages..took a position last night..at 5340 ..just bought again..certainly a fight going on..

ive been watching last couple of hours for bias.. its crossing back and forth on the cuff .waiting on the side .although the board is quite in sync .

its quite interesting at times like this watching the collective group quotes and how it works as a collective .momentum or in and out flows stall, then together they quickly increase or decrease to the low and high of these micro ranges .cause and effect.on occasion we are given a freebie as one freezes and lags

dax 15 min looks like up..have been scalping on 1 min.. and thats all i will do.. got a few points out of OZZ index.. not gonna hold any thing to nite.. notreal sure abt any thing.. very uneasy
