Of course there will be huge draw down, there is no other way to achieve that goal. I bet none of you can do what the dude has already done, $50 to $500 over 1000% return in 2 days.
i bet everyone can do it, risk half of your account and pray for a big move. it saves a lot of work like watching the charts for hours, setting pending orders or TP.

The focus of this thread is really fascinating. Rather than set a time limit and performance target, why not seek to address the issue of finding just 21 trades in a row that are all winners. The maths are quite simple, just start with $100, risk half on the trade. Just $50 give yourself a 25 pip target and a 40 pip stop. Keep doing this just 21 time times.

Now, we know that hitting 10 or 12 trades in a row is possible Mr bags has done it. What does that tell you. After ten winners stop and wait for a couple of days. Withdraw from the markets get your head straight, then go for the next 10 winning trades. Breaking this into stages will help keep you focused and prevent errors.

Yesterday, I doubled my account trading Gold. I was waiting for the turn in gold as my timing indicator told me a turn was due. Using my own method I knew where to buy Gold, and what I was looking for. Gold moved up 180 pips. So if you approach this in another way and look for potential 100 pip moves, how many days will it take. Using this approach you will have 29000 in just 9 trades.
If we all start to use this approach I can see the brokers going out of business, money is not made in trading by sitting watching a screen, hoping for a move. Getting in and out for 15 pips with a 2% risk, then loosing 50 pips because you were greedy and should have stopped trading.

This is a snipers approach, identify your target, set your trap and wait.

is it possible to upload here the xls ( the automatic calculation in particular the one of positioning size is very useful )

Nice method Hurst, worth to try but what about the margin amount required to place the trade. you mentioned 1.25lot size for the first trade and to place that with a 400:1 leverage on a GBPUSD pair, the margin required is around $250 i guess for a single lot... which means you need more than $100 in your account to start with, right? or please correct me if i'm wrong...

Yes I was looking at margin, and on a 1:400 account you ultimate position size is dictated by margin.

Or just use leverage 1:infinity and go for a 1:1 risk of 5 pips and double $50,- 9 times and you`ll have your $25.600,-
Sounds easy huh? I`ve seen people win 9 times in a row with scalping..... It should be possible.

With exness you can trade leverage 1:infinity

Give youself a budget of $1000,- and you`ll have 20 times to achieve it

You put one of the best posts in here, but the thread is based on a fun theme with not much regard for strategy just turn 50 into 20000 it could well be 2 million. The sky is the limit in peoples dreams.

Yes thats what i said in previous post.
have 1000,- balance and start risking $50,- of that account and try to double it. So start 0.5 lot risk 1:1 for 10 pips then after a win 1 lot etc.
if you lose start over.

so you have 50 tries

No, it doesn't work, the winning rate in that one is very low, have anyone considering 50 pip stop loss, 10 pip target?

Winning rate is better, will take more attempts but in the long run will be less emotions attached, 1:1 ratio is just looking for trouble, so many emotions and revenge trading.
