The reflective angle is the simplest form of time price squaring. The distance and time of one move is reflected, the end point is a potential time price target. From there let your imagination run wild, the .5 time line is a variation of a gann angle. Intersecting lines often times mark potential levels and time points..... Try googling the Andrews course. You'll find the answer to you're question is Newtonian physics simplified. But you'll have to study the basics and how to draw the median lines correctly to make proper use of the tool. Simple, elegant and most people don't use them because they have to build an understanding of price and they have to do some work on every trade to figure out what the hell is going on. As opposed to looking at a few lagging indicators. Maynard Krebs disease. (google that too)

NFP is non farm payroll (change) for U.S. It can move markets drastically.
Look in the calendar blue tab, top of this forexfactory page, for the scheduled news announcements.
High impact news are marked in red and details can be found on the same row.
You should invest some time in learning the basics otherwise you won't know what hit you. It's good to be prepared.
