I noticed you traded on demo, so you didnot come back poorer but richer in experience, don't you think? Would you trade the same if it were real acct? trying to bang into a wall (pivot and recent S/R)? got to be kidding life c'est la vie ... = that's life? Life is better than that

I thought the continuation trade setup would mean the pivot would be defeated.

but in hindsight when i look at the setup again, there was still a real risk that the pivot will work.

I took your eur/usd trade actually ...but i took it on h4 and my reasons for entering were differant to yours. I saw the pivot there but my TP is beyond the pivot. Price is currently stalling at the pivot. Later when I either reach TP or get stopped out I will post it and explain my reasons for TP beyond pivot and swing low to see your opinion on this trade.

I notice I do not have the long grey horizontal rectangle on my chart. At first I was puzzled as my resistance indicator is the same as yours.
then it occured to me you must of drawn it in manually yourself. you are trying to show resistance, ....of a swing high. is this correct?

I drew fib and marked that grey area when spotting HL LL followed bearish div. H4 also formed Head and Shoulders. Good trading if you stayed in.

...later on, I closed it as it reaches the bottom of the channel or near yesterday's Euro range low

I'm still learning by experience... and learning from other FF members who continuously sharing their knowledge and experience here at FF. Like Lk - TMS gal with an eagle eye for Divergence, GS - a pipborn TMS Angleator inventor, EM -TMS 5 method master, Davit - an artist and Pivot Master, Lookleft - by her name alone, it always reminded me to look left on my chart and Abokwaik, (thanks for Yen Power Dashboard) , a gun programmer with a passion for sharing his developed EAs for free

First time I heard about Shi-Channel, I searched it immediately here... IMO only, it is a good one, and without you knowing there's such a strategy for every successful trade that we have somehow... with a name already

I use TMS Angleator by GS to find viable trading instrument. Then, finding divergence, break-out, support and resistance levels, pivot, identifying highs and lows... then see if I see cycles of reversals.

I too, thought your channels were SHI - Channels. Are yours hand-drawn?
