Version 1.47 of the EA released (I updated Post 1). In this version the user can select random buy/sell as the trade logic. It seems that random defeats random market!
Please note that the below backtest is the result of a set of random entries which may be different on anther run on your platform.

Random trading cannot be replicated since with every run a new set of random Buy/Sell signals will be randomly generated. However, I have attached the setting input I used for the backtest.

Hi mate !
I have to admit some observations.
I use the v 1.45 at two MT4 platforms – GP (Global Prime) 51 + 52:

Although the setfiles for both tests are very similar the results + EA behaviour is quite different ? That’s a bit confusing me.
(I use 25k plus all pairs only to get a full picture of the pairs behaviour at a demo – that’s not for my real live trading).
The settings are included into the zip file.
Furthermore I’m impressed/surprised about the results of armyda’s BTs …. To good to be true ? Grid trading with (light) marti at the TF M1 ??? It seems the bot is doing the job with nearly all pairs – almost every of the BTs is ending up with pretty good gains running them for years even …. ? Ummm … I never ever would expect things like these working !
Anyway … the numerous BTs in the thread look intriguing enough to me, so I decided to start at coming Monday another test at M1 with all the pairs at a 25k account to see what will happen.

Honestly to say not sure about this M1 test … looks a bit strange and very uncommonly. Could open a TE in FF.com in the case of some successful + hopeful developments of the test accounts in a few days.
And yes, a last comment: I’m wondering about the two older test accounts with v 1.08 plus 1.17 – they do so far a nice job. I haven’t a clue about the nature + severity of the bugs and improvements you made after these versions. But I would like to continue these 2 tests with former versions ? Makes that sense or is it completely useless ? Will severe bugs in the code kill the accounts sooner or later in any case ?

Hello DerBerliner,

In Version 1.45 the user can select different trade logic. You may run two instances of the EA with different trade logic?

At the current state of the EA I won't use this EA on any time frame lower than H1. But it doesn't mean that people should not examine its performance on lower time frames. I'll follow your trade explorers.

In general it is strongly recommended not to use old versions because I always improve and fix buges in the last version.

I checked the platforms anew: both are running with trade logic "Follow Previous Candle" ? So ist the same logic for both.

But the trading behaviour is very different ..... strange result ....

Did you run them at the same time? Because at different time the last candle to follow may be bullish or bearish.

my experiences with these EA are:
the best setting is pattern type 1
The best Tf for me is 1M because H1 give few tades if you put multipl 1.1 in fact if you see the Math setting in H1 he uses multipli 1.7\1.9(too risky for me)
with 5000 euros account i set 50 TP pips and 0.01lots with 10.000 50 TP pips and 0.02 lots
i tryed with AUDCAD and the resuts are very good (i dont know why)(you can see my tests) i tryed EUR and GBP also but they are very risky

Random entry?

It looks to me the lower the relative price, the greater the possiblity that price goes up.

By looking back on weekly charts and fi using a MA, one can for every instrument find a moment where an entry will be more succesfull.
