I'm with fxcm Australia - I refused to use any their systems or indicators as none of them work. they recommend and doesn't work ? Sounds familiar in this industry. They tried to encourage me to trade big lots many times then get special training lol
i reckon I can trade better then their best trader ( would kill him ) recommendations crap .
secondly , the SPIKES - only refund if you complain and it's obvious. Like a little money scheme happening or something . How can I have faith to hold a long term position in gold or something . I can't due to one spike potentially Wiping put my long term gains. The industry needs to be cleaned up. These regulations aren't working .

I was not in the AUDUSD trade on the RBNZ rate announcement (I am always flat before big news), but I see lots of platforms have .7755 on the bid. Traders Court Case Preparation - Please Follow This Checklist When Filing the Case.
Before Submission:
1. Try to contact the company about the issue at least 3 times over a period of at least 1 week.

Why? Many companies would gladly resolve your problem if they are given a chance to do so. There's no point in opening a court case when a quick phone call or email from you might solve the problem.
2. Start a thread in the Scam Alerts Folder with the name of the offending company in the subject line.

Why? This is where all of your fellow FPA members can comment on the problem. There may be people who know how to solve the problem or others who are having the same problem.
3. Visit our Review Database and submit a 1-Star review for the company with the explanation of your case. If the company is not listed in our database, please submit it along with your review.

Why? Because we want other traders to learn what happened to you to avoid having the same problem.
4. Did this happen within the last 9 months?

Why? We sympathize if you were scammed sometime back and just found us, but getting evidence on older issues can be virtually impossible.
5. Make sure you have at least one file for evidence to attach to your case.

This can be a receipt, a trading record, or anything else showing that you are a client of the company. For your privacy, you may want to edit out any sensitive information.
Note: Filing a Traders Court case would not be likely to make a company already labeled as SCAM pay what is owed. Please do leave a 1 star review and post in the Scam Alerts folder so that traders will know that problems with the company are continuing. If the scam finding is later lifted and your issue is still unresolved, please file a case.
If your issue meets all of the requirements above, you can file a case with the FPA Traders Court.
After Submission.
You MUST come back to the Court Case Preparation Folder to check on your case often. The FPA will invite the company in to the semi-private discussion of your case. FPA staff and members won't be able to effectively help you without your close cooperation, if you fail to respond to questions in your case thread for a week, your case will probably be dismissed.

If you have been scammed by a forex company, we will do everything in our power to help you get your money back.

The AUDUSD rallied to the 0.7760 level but it bounces to the 0.7700 zone where it stalls at the moment.

I had this talk with pepperstone about a year ago about brokers purposely taking out sl with algorithms. They answered its impossible for us to do that because your account is directly connected to the interbank.

FXCM is a dealing desk broker I opened a $100 account with them because they lured me into the trading competition. I got stopped out every time I hedged and eventually lost all the money bar $10.

Daily FX is run by FXCM and all the analysts that work there and give commentary are all full of shit, I cant remember 1 time when they got something right, and these are the so-called pro's.

Pepperstone have teamed up with BK Asset ( kathy Lien and Boris) again here I highly doubt if these two even trade because they are too busy talking about trading and have never seen any account. They sell useless robots that dont work and cost $2500 per year to join their website.

I get kathy's tweets and laugh every time full of spelling errors and useless market commentary, thats generally goes opposite to what she is saying.

Pepperstone is starting to get more commercial based because they want more clientel and offering this kind of BS is annoying.

Truth is even the pro's in the game dont have a clue where price is going to move next.

The only thing you can be sure on is that FX is volatile and anything can happen.

Been in a short for two days now no sl either and 1:5 leverage and just came out in profit

Well they did not admit to the error in the spike but they were willing to give me back my money "out of goodwill" for this time.

I complained because I was fuming mad when my short position on FXCM got squeezed out but not on my another broker.
This kind of thing affect my money management and risk management because when I entered a position, I usually entered on both broker.
But when I cooled down myself and analyzed why such thing had happened, I found out that the spike already gave away the (short term) direction. The taker of my SL position whoever he/she is know that the next (short term) direction is down.
However not all spikes are the same, some spikes take out supply to go even higher while in this case possibly take out my short position to go down.
I reentered the short position later

Love a stubborn bear way go paul . No sl small pip values spread out in a grid formation is my current strategy to safe guard against the spike we had, I m almost about to report the broker so angry

sell im selling too this pair without stop loss my TP 0.75964 sooner or later it will be there. Money management is everything
