am short eurgbp the bat.
there is a dip in both wings so i liked the symmetry.
if price goes up any more i am out waiting for a better setup.

ok got gu too. risking 26 pips for 660 pips, the size of xa which looks impulsive.
edit: in fact i think this may be a bottom so i just let it run long term.

I suppose we can reach 0.8625, we are in a pennant and we are testing the support

EDIT. 14.46 (italian time) I closed half the position and put the SL just beyond the EL. I will wait that the cross will reach 0.8575 before to enter short

trying short 8604, 9 pips sl.
reason: last bear wave could be an impulse, which means a wave 1 which means no new high can be made.
this is what i am gambling my 9 pips on.

edit: well that together with my gbp bullishness.

@ the white line a fakeout, happens often before a real break. we'll see.

eg 4h chart.

first wave could be impulsive.
if its a wave 1 then no high can be made.
if its a wave A than it can.
the line is a big resistance anyway.

its an uggly bat but there is rejection.

ironicly only eg failed.

Lots of interesting theories there and I suppose it hinges on a trend change for Gbp/Usd. Thanks for your input. I'm looking at news today for Usd before I make a move.

This could be a safer trade, I get it, good r : r on reversals, but I'm still holding a long from yesterday's 09:00 break out @ .8600. Took half profit at .8617, half remains with a smaller stop loss (free trade). I like the fundamentals. There was some selling/longs closed at .8623. If we break that today we could go another 2 - 300.

to me its just risk to reward because nothing is written in stone.
and then hope your winners make more profit then your losers combined.

the other pairs make me bullish eg, eg does not look that bearish on its own.

but on monthly also the TL got respected.

situation now is if 4h bar closes in 70 minutes if the close is below 8600 its bearish. then we have 2 pinbars up and a close below pa.
i have a short now at 8607 when i woke up it was there. will wait 70 minutes. then move sl to be or close.

right now i am more interested in gj.
gu looks average to me just like eg. those pairs i hold.
the rewards are great, for eg i have a targets 500 pips and 1000 pips down.
