I think all the relevant #s to set CCI and MM per TF are obvious with the possible exception of the D1 which you show using a 256 (about 21 trading days a mnth x 12 = 252.
I might has guessed this would be based on the monthly and used the 32 or even the 16. It seems at 256 the octave size becomes easily several hundred pips for a reasonably active pair (GU on 256 currently 488 per octave and on 32 now 122). Surely the 122 octave range is too small pushing us up to the 256 which almost seems too big. This is probably just my inexperience working with these.
