I would like to see Damian lead this thread in which he started. I'm sure all here would like to see his daily trade calls based on his method so all could learn. From what I've read from his original plans he has much more to teach here. Once he starts up again combining his method with what I've posted I think most here will benefit and become very successful traders. I'll still be posting...
I´m sure Damian would not mind your postings, i am reading through your thread in the recycle bin to hopefully make me a better trader by combining both of these excellent threads. Keep up your postings Rocky if not here certainly on your thread.

Mack do not worry. I would have done the same as you did, luckely I was out with my family. In the meantime, I just looked at the 1h chart of dow. This chart tells me now that long is not good today (I was lucky with my +6.7 pips with longs). Bulls are apparently on holiday today.
I stop trading today, I had no good feeling since the beginning of the day. I should have shorted this thing.

After the Brexit, we never had a deep correction (50 or more fib) after the orderflow change.

Haven't made 1 trade all day today, I've been too gunshy.

Frustrated here, it's my own doing but my mentality has kept me from taking good trades yesterday and now today.

Sometimes it is better to stay out and not to jump in a trade. At least no loss.

In the meantime we got a nice bull candle (without me; ). I was a bit lost with price action today.

Thanks dude. my confidence in my decision making process might be shot though. I'll be visiting it in the ER this afternoon.

In the mean time. I took this short so all the smart money will probably go long.

Well, I'm not going to sugar coat it.... I've been shitting the bed. For the guys who've been following this thread, you all know how bad I've been doing lately. Pretty bad. I don't think my contribution here offers anything so I'm going to probably take august off and go back to demo for awhile until I start making gains again.

For the contributors. Thanks for the conversation and help. I wish you guys all the best and see ya in a month or so. Peace!

Are you overall in gain or in loss? (as you know: individual trades not always work)

Anyway, I wish you a good rest and I will miss your posts. It is nice to have a kind of conversation and to see that we are all fighting the beast (good times and bad times). It would be even better to have a more dynamic way to communicate, but this would probably negatively affect this thread. Moreover, I trade most of the time through my mobile phone connection and when I reach my monthly data limit, I get for the rest of the month only a minimalistic bandwith which is enough for my MT4 but not for other things.
I enjoy the thought process of others and to learn from them or to also learn from mistakes.
I would also welcome more posts of those who are silently reading the thread. But ok, if someone does not want, it is also ok.

Im sorry but I don't understand your reasoning for going long here. Bearish OF and NSL-LH so why long?

He didn´t he took a short trade but said that the smart money will go long. With such a run to the downside i would have sat that one out as i would think a retracement is due.

Could catch +9,7 pips (big lot) on dow. However, I am not happy with my trade management. Need to fix that.

Awful day for me here.

The NQ trade set me off on the wrong foot. I was scrolling my chart in premarket and because I was trying to scroll back far and fast I accidentally went too far and clicked the DOM which filled me on a buy stop. Unbelievably shit luck. Going forward I'm keeping account in Sim101 until the bell rings. So needless to say I decided to close it right out and took the loss of 3 ticks.

YM I mismanaged this trade big time. I placed it right around oil #'s and after I entered it appeared as though price was struggling to rise so I scratched the trade because it looked like I was going to get stopped out for sure. Nope, scratched at the low of the bar and it ripped higher as I thought.

ES trade I should have never taken. I lost control of my emotions after the morning I was having and entered bc it looked like it was going to pullback. That's it. No other analysis went into the trade and I should have gotten up and left the computer.

Just a real shitty day for me.

Does anyone here not move their stop to b/e?

I am thinking of trying to place my stop just past whichever swing I play and then keep it there until the structure test like Damian has instructed us to do.

I haven't done this because I've felt like you take worse losses but now I'm going back through my trades and see that moving to b/e right away might not be for the best.

I don't believe that your contributions have taken away from his original method. I know that when you post I look at ways I can incorporate your ideas to use in conjunction with what Damian has taught us.

I would enjoy to see you continue to contribute here however I understand your stance and will continue to read your thread as well.

Thank you for what you've contributed thus far.

I also hope to see Damian return and engage the thread more.

I'm doing awful as well man and may have to take a break, perhaps that will suit us well haha.

In a countertrend I protect my entry asap. Either it moves quickly away or I get taken out with small profit.

In a trend trade, I do it like we learned it.

PA on dow was a nightmare. All the wicks candles pointing to weakness of bulls. Then at NY start, big up move (1:1 harmonic move; without me). I was thinking to go short at second box, but I am happy that I did not (hours of sideway move). The long candle (wick and candle on top) between the 2 boxes did not help to start to go long.

After a rubbish start at london open (-14), I could reverse the situation and close in total with +6,4 (big lot). What a day.

I stop trading for today. Do not like PA at all.

This is my guideline, too. I manage my trades more and more freely though. Keeping an eye on my performance though and reviewing my trades under this aspect to see if I am doing okay or sub-par.
