nice one man! nzdjpy had the best 1x8 setup when i last checked. but it already shoot close to the 00 level

but im still in uj long since 45.....climbing slowly

Camel, Several signals were triggered at the same time, NZDJPY, CADJPY and GBPJPY, you have to look at them and choose the one you think will be stronger and also the most profitable.

If you find difficult to follow the trade, you can use the qqe indicator that Juan has shared, it is very good to keep your trade alive.

Why I chose DS2 as my target

Look at the chart carefully and answer those two things if you can.

where did you enter in AJ?

i would assume you enter after price break ds 3 level? and ds 2 is the next resistance if price move ahead?

If you look at the breakout it is at 95 but I did it at the break of 00 level and DS3 is too near so it will reach it easy so then DS2 is a nice profitable target. But see how price took 20 mins trying to break DS2 with no success so you can decide either to close it with a 10 pip profit or to hold it but with your sl at breakeven. What do you think I did?

if i were you i would close it and wait for a better target. 10pips is better than losing it all

Yes I closed it you are right with a 10 pip profit, but the reason is not to keep the money, the reason is that I had 20 minutes watching the price trying to break the pivot without success so, its too much time to break a key level so probably wont break it, so plenty of time to close it.

Just one last question Callmejack, put up your EURNZD chart, and tell me what you see, in case of a possible breakout where would be your entry, where your sl and where your exit?

i would enter at the break of previous day low, but provided all the conditions are met, like i need to see the h1 bar to be red as well, with the 8 sma line pointing south

You did well, In fact you are right, the break of 50 is the right entry, and target is DS1, I beleive the entry can agree with callmejack, the reason to analize something before it happens is because that gives you total control of a trade when it happens, you already know all the possible scenarios so no matter it is good or bad you are in total control.
