The vertical line is showing on all open charts (irrelevant of the symbol), is this correct/a feature?

This was an intended feature, but during my coding frenzy I forgot to add a way to disable it. Here is the update (v2.1 in the OP) with an input to disable vertical lines on non-related charts.

Excellent Tool, thanks a bunch for your efforts & kindness!!
Here is my suggestion for improving this tool, if I may:
What about adding a feature that allow for setting the line STYLE?
That's be great!
Thanks

Nicholishen, thank you for this tool! It is something that many charting packages offer. Combined with your Multi-Chart-Sync tool, you have really helped expand the functionality of the mt4 platform for people who like to make use of use visuals over multiple timeframes for various reasons.

You're quite welcome.

Also, since there have been some requests to add the ability to change the line style, I've updated and added version 2.1.3 in the OP. If you don't need to change the line-style then there is no need to update because that is the only change.

Special thanks to your great effort.

Could you also code the same tool fore MT5?

I didn't develop this to have those capabilities, but you can if you want. Here's the code.

Thank you so much Nicholishen. Just shifted from using Ninja Trader 8 to MT4. The global crosshair feature of NJ8 was something I couldn't live without. You saved my life!

Bravo, a million thanks, this is so generous of you.
It works on offline charts as well.
Keep up the great work.

This is a great tool but I was wondering if you could make a couple of minor additions:

1. Have the option to not display the button on the chart (just use hotkey to toggle)

2. Have a "division factor" (10,100,1000) so that you can get the true number of pips between 2 points. For example, it can display 500 "points" when this is only 50 pips.

Thanks

Mark

Hi Nic,
have sent you an Email regarding the "crosshair"-Indi.
You had mentioned to download all files of the RAR-folder into the Indi-folder but thats NOT working for me (doesn't matter what I have done till now).
there are mqh-files as well and i think they have to be instakked in the "Include"-folder or am I wrong??
Thanks for your help with this.
I appreciate your help.

Hi Zackery, it seems you are not a developer, so you do not need the .Rar file, just take the latest .ex4 file from the first post and everything will work perfectly.

@friday13:
thanks a lot for your help.
But the ex4-file seems to have a conflict with a few of my Indis (Indis with Buttons).
Think the "crosshair"-Indi needs a Unique-ID and therefore I need the mq4-file working.
I really appreciate if someone could code that Unique-ID for me plus get the mq4-file working somehow.
Thanks for any tip/hint.
Reg.Zack
