May i ask when do you exactly enter in your trades, seems you enter before the M30 candle closed, did you enter asap you get the Tdi signal ?

On the second short i enter before the TDI cross..sometimes i enter before the TDI cross (not always) if i saw how price react at S/R. If you can see in the chart, price can't break DOL (when i take LONG and loss - it's my mistake anyway ) when bounce after test EMA200 at asian session. And when i saw price can't break DOL and price back to below BRN level, i took a SHORT but still watch carefully because TDI not crossing yet (but already pointing down). And after candle close below BRN level and break lower of the last candle, than i more confidence my SHORT will be safety.

Anyway, this is just my newbie analysis, it can be wrong...

Thanks for clarify this ^^ so newbie to newbie if you re not sure may be an possibility is to enter 1/3 of your normal size lot and to complete when confirmation so you will risk less until full signal

Today 3 trades taken some candles after LO or NYO , all away from DOL , 200ema with a TDI cross:
ENZ (a new pair for me ) : +24 pips (TP hit)
EA : + 34 pips closed by me
ECAD : +29 pips closed by me (end of trading session for me )
total : +87 pips and a EG still running with +6 pips actually , will see tomorow the result

1 cock up when i let my emotions get to me and exitied when price was half way to SL when i saw a large bullish apb rising up against me



trade 1:

aud/cad 30,
noticed a trendline [in purple],
noticed divergance between price and tdi [drawn in orange]
saw large pinbar on trendline
davits r38 pivot might of been acting as support too

price eventually made a high from a low and tdi was about to cross above mbl and i entered [tbh i was a candle early, whoops],
this was around an hour before FO or half an hour before

tp was set to just before 70% of the ATR indicator likica uses, but i noticed it's value was differant from my regular ATR7 indi by like 12 pips, which is over a 10% differance. I notice this sometimes happens, i am not sure why likica's indicator sometimesg gives higher value than my regualr indicator.

anyways, price was less that a milimeter from my tp [i kid you not], then began to reverse. extremely frustrating this was and so so close to getting my RR at 1: 1.5 ....eventually i saw warning signs of a reversal and took profits at 1.1 RR

i then saw price stalling at davits r78 pivot and tdi/stocs coming down from ob,the mbl was high up, could see no blocking trendlines, got the bearish apb on h1 so shorted, but a couple of candels later a huge bullish apb rose up and my emotions got to me and i got scared so closed the short for -half of risk


aud/usd m30
saw resistance [green trendline]
shorted a few apb's later with h1 support, the abp's looked small on m30 but the h1 bearish one looked average imo
i noticed pivot/200ema,brn all in the same place ....so my short was with minimal lots [for the experiance],
a little bit after i shorted i regretted not going in with full lots, i told myself you could of just move SL to BE when price gets to that part,
i saw price stalling there so closed my trade eventually,
it now has gone through there and i would have got my rr of 1:1.5 if i had hung on

currently aud/cad is moving down as well, so perhaps i would have got profits too if i didn't let emotions get to me.


overall, some progress has been made on picking "legit" setups, [atleast i think they were legit]
however handling the trades [and emotions] still needs work.

Following my trade yesterday I'm still very bullish on this pair so I'll throw caution in the wind and leave this trade running tonight . Left an ultra tight SL

GJ +40 price stepping down

EU+22 continuation of div, break of trend line, waited for retracement as pair was too bullish initially

last trade from yesterday is a loss of -21 pips on EG.
so final saldo for yesterday = 3 wins/1 loss for 66 pips

point "A" was near DOl but reading well was not 1 touch -> no problem
i don't find divergence for entry
i see only a support below
a break up of trend line
and tdi cross up and cross MBL
