I have all my stock accounts with Questrade. Quite happy with them. I don't trade forex with Questrade because of my provinces assinine rules.

Try Interactive Brokers. They are the best in Canada. Oanda and Friedberg Direct are other acceptable alternatives. Oanda is a market maker but at least they hedge. Friedberg Direct is supposedly an ECN by FXCM. AVOID Questrade for forex!!! They are fine for stock daytrading but they are a PURE market maker for forex, basically a casino broker. They take the other side of your transactions and DO trade against you. Nothing personal against them, Forex is just NOT their specialty; their specialty is stock daytrading.

I guess LMFX broker is accepting traders from US but not sure if they treat Canadians too however it may be good to check from their customer support.
