I removed the WP and MP from my charts. Find that price does not observe them or if they do its a minor bump and they serve to distract you from taking trades.

Monitor it going forward and make your own decisions....

USDCHF update: Sl above previous candle, TP at 0.97750.
Why there TP? I don't want to trade against the origin of that big move yesterday. Price will most likely react there and if it doesn't i don't care

Hello everyone.. Yes London is bed time for me so i can't trade it. But I can see that there were not many setups.. In fact maybe 2 maximum, and risky.
It was kinda to expect after that huge start of Tokyo..
If you check, most of the pairs moved significally, probably reached the daily average..
So there were only 2 options.. the market keeps trending passing the daily average.. or the market would correct after that big Tokyo session and range.. Well i guess it ranged during London so there were not many clean setups.
Altho I can't be sure because I didn't see the market while developing. (perhaps while i was sleeping haha)

NY will start soon.. BUT.. ALWAYS check the news before.. Today we have RED news for NY.. so we wait to see what happens.. maybe that reactivates the market and we find something to trade.

Hopefully Blanca would be here. I have to work

Let me explain you how you can see in advance if a session will be good or bad, the key is for example last night asia finished and it reached and broke many levels, but before asia started the pivots were very open a big distance and even the 00/50 levels were very near. So if you see tight levels you can expect shy moves, also you can see a low volume with the crosses, if you dont see crosses reaching at least one currency above 2 and 8 levels in the strenghtmeter it shows you low volume, look at the strenghtmeter is all scrambled like noodles, lol.

Yes in the case of USDCAD entry was already a while ago, and you have some good space before arriving to 50 level so if you took it, you are already in profit and very near to first target that considering the low activity the first target is fine.

So one of the ways you see volume would be.. at a break of a level or cross, you check how much both currencies moved on the strengthmeter and how fast?

BTW, i can't see AUDCAD trade.

Yes, after anylizing a bit i closed it +7.. Also cuz i checked 1 min chart to see how price was reacting.. was struggling right there where it is. I guess is cuz of RED news coming.

So I already told you how to see in advance how a session will be and how to deal with it, lets talk about volume, one way to see it is the obvious, price just doesnt move like the euro that since brexit is not moving, another way to see the volume is to know the number of real participants in the market, that information comes in professional tools like bloomberg or reuters or maybe some futures brokers give them for free so you know always if bears or bulls are in control or none of them.

Oh thats great information Blanca. I gotta start checking volume. Ill check some futures brokers, if not.. then ill pay for the tool (depending how expensive it is haha)

Right now, i think GBPUSD NZDUSD seem to be triggering. Lets see how they close.

Oh but gbpusd is really close to DP and 00
