Well, nevertheless, this quarter close could end up with another masscre in equities and along with a mid term move down trigger. I think both the pound and FTSE will shift to a much lower Equilibrium despite any help from politics or BOE. The reason remain with large capital outflow from private sector and with London going down as the Financial Capital of the world. At the end of the day, its how politics play out in next 2 years for the longer and sustainable run of the Econom

I was in Gatwick in a lounge early in the morning when I wrote that post. I was looking to pick the Financial Times from the newspaper stand when it struck 90% of the headlines and front page of the English newspapera and tabloids that sadly are what usually mst of thr Brexiters (not all of course) read were full of insults and xenophobic lies and remarks...

For a minute I wasn't sure if I was in a London International Airport or in 1938 Germany or some random African extrmist country .....point is since the extremist now are running rampanent is our moral obligation to be loud and clear against them as they are not going to hijack this country covered with fake 'democaracy' shield. All of us who are the majority of of British people need to start putting and end in anywhere you work or do....

Hi! I'm from Italy,
it's absolutely bullshit. no one is going to empty their bank accounts nor there are the lines at the ATMs (like in greece last year).

A thin summer European opening completed with Japan in a rampage of stimulus, ratea and what have you as only driver force.

Yen as expected jumping around with UJ in bid. Euro back to square one for the 4th time in 2 weeks with a naked floor still holding. Sterling as also expected making trading management very hard for the latecomers in the swing and those looking to 'top up' shorts.

Here looking one more time to add shorts in Sterling and in the rest of the board nothing to see but same levels, same trades, same all.

We now in final extension (on SP500 for example) but BOE is 14th and BOJ 28th --- so if the fact (easing) is in line with expectations even after BOE there is BOJ to keep it levitating - as expectations for their easing are also building in. So there is like 2 more weeks for the extension, which means it could shoot really high, no?

I think we are entering the extreme zone. We are officially flying on thin air across board. This brought back some memories from last summer with china crash

As you well know predicting the ultimate high in ATH in any instrument is a pointless exercise. Equities are overextended both TA and especialy FA wise. I personally think there is very limited room left. Cracking with a sustainable break 2150.xx will be very hard to say the least.

More importantly and take it as a hint to dig deeper. Bonds markets rarely (don't think I rembember once myself) lie in key inflection points. Bonds are now pricing and are set to more than a healthy correction but a rather sharp and extensive blow in the economy worldwide.

Like usual in a manic move. Short term miopic short term greed prevail over strong FA forces that will let a lot of unaware hands holding turds in the highs.l when reality hits them.

In cases like this. I hope I am wrong as the implications for the real economy will be awful but sadly bond and structural reasons already crossed the line of no return especially in Japan, Europe and most if not all emerging economies and the US is only a matter of time to start feeling the blow on top of election trading doldrums starting in just a couple of weeks.

We'll see but for now, not all that glitters is gold. Pay attention to core structural components in the market as they are giving screaming SOS signals ....

SP500 Comment:
Okay, so we have FA on short side.
TA coming to join too. Definitly some sign of topping out now, BUT this doesn't mean PA will reverse and drop right away here. It is not likely, since MMs must get rid of their longs and clear the path for themselves...while also stop hunting both ways with some ranging for a while here...The best enter time is if we get high activity on top+pinbar or so+ the top already taken out with some bearish engulfing. It would not mean that PA couldn't go a bit further up from such entry point, but averaging up in such case would be safer than ATM.
So much TA wise from me, since we have FA covered with Sisse..

Totally agree with you. The shit will hit the fen big time.

Still I welcome it. The behaviour of markets have been altered for too long now. It will be a huge bill to pay, by us, the taxpayers. Still it needs to be done, sooner rather than later. Where are all the money injected coming from?

Let us just hope that lessons have been learned and that what rises from the ashes are better than what have been....
