good for you, i'm pretty much on a trading hiatus, i just have one position going for a while now, which is doing ok

other than that, the weather is just right, doing lots of sports, swimming n running, fixed my bike last weekend, it was squeaking and squealing and the breaks didn't do much, lol, so i indexed the gears, adjusted the breaks and put some high hazard spray thingy all over it, now it looks like new, i am quite happy with how it is right now, but i rather go swimming, lol, ... but yea, enjoying the summer

I'm enjoying the bike and the warmer weather too..the Ive been clocking up the miles through the UK countryside and enjoying the fitness..my calf's are ripped atm

Actually this topic its really interesting. I do listen to music when i trade. On the preparationg when im reading the news i always listen my favorite music bands (metallica guns n roses Red Hot Chili Peppers etc) when i enter o the charts i always listen to something different witouth a singer. Dead Combo, Rodrigo y Gabriella or instrumentional blues .

Its really easier to get focus !
