My wave counting homework on the mini-DJIA - eBOT.

Notice the reversal development from July, market is trying to tell us something here again.

It is rather interesting to see that no forex traders in FF are responding to a topic on stock index. Are they irrelevant with currency? Definitely not.

Attached chart shows the present prediction, dynamic analysis is needed follow the development.

In the second chart 2 is above 1 so how can you then begin counting downwards?
No doubt Dow is in a correction C stage.

Seems that we are in the wave 3, crazy and persistant.

Would be very interested in seeing the end of this correction, but still some tough days for the bulls.

I doubt.

While 11750 level seems still far away.

Patience will be rewarded.

P.S.: corresponding E-Mini S&P 500 -Globex index level is 1275, Wow!

We seem to have witnessed the wave 3, and now in wave 4.
When the wave 4 is done, we would have a better clue in trying to project the possible ending of a coming downfall wave 5.

Until then, buy and hold would be a bad (very bad) strategy.

I can not tell when it will be. Choose the dates yourself.
What I can tell is that there will be an end of this destructive correction, for sure.
Everything ends. The point is you end up with it, or you fly up with the reborn.

Great that somebody here is doing some DOW analysis. Let me throw in my chart. We are on the verge of breaking the 1995 Bull Market TL and entering a technical bear market for good (from the 14,000 high). Also, another major area of retracement is where the 10,000 level coincides exactly with the 61,8 fib level (drawn from the 2003 low). Look for a strong bounce there.

Now I am really quite interested to see how all these troubles gonna end.

Again, one thing is for sure, we will have a bright future, just be more patient maybe. Falls are not always good for bears.
