brexit actually changed the global financial plan.some financials will leave uk (frankfurt newyork hong kong singapore) .uk looking to lower cooporate tax to 15% stop escape.brexit also hit all plans on rate decisions.world will probably stay with lower rates longer then expected and this will probably move money to relativly safer high yield instruments.no rocket sicience here

Stocks rising under the expectation of free money from both fed and uk. But its only short-term, the underlying problem is that uk economy's long-term view over the next few years is totally off the track. The 10% decreased in £ also hit uk import not just export thus affect those company with heavy export to uk. Financial institutions all over the world with their money and asset flowing through uk will have to relocate somewhere else, this process will take a few month and will be a guaranteed global slow down. The only winner here is bonds and gold. Stock contain too much risk to hold

g7 bonds are safest.good but actually with no income.so precious metals and stocks are the safest with higher gain.emerging markets off the table.bond isnt the winner.but as we all know there rules for funds and banks to hold some of their % in bods

Opening range completed but session looks far from over.

--> Strong numbers from the EZ across all fronts but sadly they wont serve as much until the Brexit impact is digested as more than prolly will derail the EZ economy for the rest of the year.

--> More importantly Sterling and Yen on the move and there are literally inches away to fall down the cliff one more time with very bad news keep coming in the UK this time the first major blow in the property sector with one of the largest funds putting a hard stop in the UK markets and key company after company announcing withdrawals or stops of investments until further data... Whatever the case, to say the outlook looks bleak for now will be an understatement.

--> For those on Euro is crunching time with FILL OR KILL in positions. In the rest of the board its just waiting for Sterling and FTSE to lesser extend, to ignite the fireworks so same levels, same trades, same all with all eyes, alerts and trades on the cliff ...

This is very bleak indeed, particularly so when viewed in combination with yesterday's construction PMI, which fell off a cliff in June, in anticipation of the Brexit vote, to levels not seen since the depths of the credit crisis in 2009. Anecdotally, this fits in with the picture in London, with builders complaining of orders being cancelleEstate Agents reporting asking prices being slashed on houses.

This crisis in confidence is obviously caused by the total uncertainty in the UK at the moment and it is being made worse by Theresa May, the favourite to be the next PM, refusing to guarantee the rights of EU citizens living in the UK.

Im also holding my shorts from 1,114x mid term. E/U is in decision area on sub-short term lvl. In any case I expect it to continue down to finish the short term leg (NFP as extension? hope so )

Sterling barely held in a extremely thin floor in the morning but still holding (not really sure for how long as this look unavoidable) and like always no break, no shake with all markets looking at the European close to see if the Pound capitulation is triggered ...

On the iterations front time for some updates before the next major movers and shakers pan out.

Like in all the other iterations 'don't be a dick for a tick' rules applied. So well done to all longs on taking first target manosk, suntan and especially Vorex that took the double TP1 on the test 1.118x.

For shorts. 1.118x barely held but held as expected but now the highs and stops are naked. Fill (for those looking to trade live to get in on the way back) or kill (for those holding shorts from last week play) in play as there is no point of clearing at these levels. a. I am not sure. "Brexit is a mess I better clear all"
b. Nay I stay put for final targets. "Is nothing to see here until NFP"
c. I am more bullish than ever "All brexit is fine and just noise. FED no hikes July is more important" I am topping up longs 1.113x -> for a double TP2
d. "Brexit look awful and risk is around the corner" I changed my mind and I am playing the 'reverso' switching to shorts targets

Yes its very scary ...things are spreading at stupidly fast pace.... we still don't have a government and our 27 neighbours and major trading partners are v. angry and bloodthirsty.

BOE its the only only keep holding the UK right now but I am not sure if the amount of ammo left will be enough to contain it. It really reminds me of the pre Lehman fiasco times when the dominos start falling one by one without given time to even digest the implications of each ...

I stay put in the iteration but in real I play shorts. I use a wider SL than is suggested in the iteration (daily close above 1.119)
