What a shitty broker the Edge3 server for them went down now more then 24 hours yesterday tried to open many positions had many issues
when u try to sell GJ on 162 so the order goes delay and the position open @161.5 like that and the support team says they are fixing the issues
cant understand why those companies come to the market if they cant handle things properly

I am not denying your claim but I have been using pepperstone so far and haven't faced any such problem. Though I was given edge4 server.
Edge4 was having no issues only issue came on Edge3 now lets see its 1 of the good broker and i like it very much for Gold Spreads and the rest too
but what happened yesterday was really bad
No problem here on many accounts held on Pepperstone

I'm using this server and I didn't have any problems yesterday, today it's also ok, all my trades was properly executed. Contact pepperstone support.
All good on edge3, no issues at all. Seems to be a problem on your end.
Probably an Mt4 issue

Is it perhaps your demo account you have connected in Trader Explorer? Probably not a top priority to make sure it's up and running 24/7 to most brokers!

its a real account not a demo but now it looks good but they had some stupid issues
Every broker has "issues" from time to time. Read through the brokers section and you will find all kind of problems there. No need to freak out.

The OVERALL reliability counts - and for sure Pepperstone is not the worst!

i have same issue yesterday server was freeze twice more than 5 minute
ok the edge 3 is down hope it's running in morning edge 3 is where they put u if you get paid every time you trade like paybackfx
Totally agree with you, Pepperstone is just another bucket, I recently tested them out for a small deposit on their Razor account,
just when the market became a tiny bit volatile, they Froze my Mt4 so I couldn't exit the open positions, lost half the account because of it, they are nothing but crooks, obviously they are using the plugin. if anyone claims I don't know what I'm talking about, you better keep your mouth shut, I have probably traded longer than both you and your friends combined, I DO know a bucket shop when I see one, I know all their tricks from many years of experience. Pepperstone, you scammed the wrong guy, you are OUT!

Same here. Server disconnect issues.
When I called them, they always ask stupid questions like it must be something at my end. Now I see so many other people here reporting the same issue that it can't be a coincidence.

At first, I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt. They suggested I don't use wireless but a proper network cable which made no sense because on another much older core2duo machine I was running it wirelessly and had another broker with no disconnect issues ever.

Anyway, I plugged the network cable and still it happens. Often during high volatility I noticed. Last week I had to 'force-quit' MT4 and restart. Can't trade like that.
Too bad, because otherwise, I like that they provided MT4 for Mac, but I'll keep looking.

I have been trading with Pepperstone for last 1.5 years without any major issue.
If you are having problems with Edge3 server then why not open new trading account connected through Edge4 server to avoid such disconnectivity issues for example?

They told me they swap you to different access points if you look on the bottom right there is a green box this is the 2 servers.

What happens is when they fill they need to swap you i don't really understand why and something to do with the better speed latency so that's what will happen disconnect reconnect.

only for maybe 10secs or so.
