Dear FF-members,
I have been using the JFD-Brokers-MT4 for about half a year now on an Apple iMac with Parallels Desktop. Everything worked out just fine until a couple days ago.
I had up to 40 chart tabs with different markets and everything was fine all the time.
A couple days ago I wanted to add a new market / tab and the metatrader instantly froze so that I had to force quit. After that I wasnt able to open the MT4 anymore.
I tried some things and finally was able to get it working again. I now have 16 chart tabs running and it works.
Yet, the problem remains: As soon as I open a new tab the MT4 instantly freezes.
The only solution I found was to go into the "Terminal" folder and choose the subfolder "profiles" and delete the last created profile (.chr file). Then everything was running normally again.
That is a very inconvenient situation as I want to be able to open new charts at any time I wish.
Does anyone of you guys know any solution for my problem?
Your feedback is very much appreciated! Thank you in advance ...
