ton of tDI with alert out there google it
TDI cross does not mean winnable trade by itself.PA must comply hence I prefer things without alerts.Your eyes are your alerts.

I am going to hold yes through weekend and could be few more weeks until PA reaches 28area.

Hello all,

I have finally unravelled the pivot indy out of whack riddle! PITA for those of us presuming indy would be ready to go as is like a big Mac lol. I am in east coast Oz, and have NY close candle charts, but i still had to fiddle with my settings for it to line up with Davits charts. Closest i could get is 1.5 pips out from his, but that's close enough.

This what i did:

Get into indy settings. Set brokers candle to FALSE. This was the trick/key to being able adjust the pivots up and down for me.

Set the week to latest week on Choose H1 start candle/finish candle as follows:

'Choose H1 start candle': 2016 06 19 05:00

'Choose H1 finish candle': 2016 06 24 05:00

(5.00 a.m. may not work on your chart so try different hours till pivots line up).

Fiddle with the hour on your 'Choose H1 start candle/finish' settings to get it to line up with Davits U/C chart pivots. 5 a.m. was the hour that worked on my chart. When you find the corresponding hour, set the start candle and finish candle to the exact same hour. Thank kerrrist for that. Let's trade.

Edit: same settings now way out on N/C. mmm. Back to the drawing board.

In general I am little disappointed that I have not seen people taking trades and posting them as much.I feel I am almost becoming signal service provider here...
and in general that was not my intention starting this thread
I was hoping like minded guys firing trades and taking trading to higher level but so far I get fresh traders and that's little tough.We'll see how this goes hopefully people start taking their own trades and posting.

Back to drawing board with pivot indy settings, as same settings are not applying like your last N/C chart. But above posted method worked for that chart. Will keep on experimenting. I must be close lol.

Re posting charts. Oh yes. With probably around 1000 charts posted here in the last 18 mths or so, i love to post them. When i work out this indy thing i'll be willing and able to contribute cause this method has my interest. Have a gr8 weekend all.

Same formula applied as previous post that succeeded with correct pivots on chart, but here below they are way out with yours Davit. I don't understand it. No probs though, will work around it. Thanks all.

Thanks GB for sharing your analysis. On Sunday, 6/26/16, will you adjust your settings to 2016 06 26 05:00 and 2016 07 01 05:00 in order for your pivots to be in line with Davit's? I have held two jobs down it seems like forever; however, things have changed and I now have time to dedicate to this thread and learn what Davit has kindly agreed to share with those of us that are hungry for his trading knowledge. Thanks for your response, and thanks to Davit and his followers for their contributions, Tx15.

NZD/CAD H4. Price rejecting R100 and closed just below R78. Quite a few wicks. Is it ready to turn down? No PA evident to me as yet, but on watch list for next week.

Already have few Shorts on AC.we'll see how market continues on Brexit fact. Its a long process 2 years but could take longer and immediate 6months not much will change.In terms of Euro or the Pound it remains to be seen. I like EG as possible trade on short side but not touching both E and G pairs yet.

Prior of Brexit USD was getting weaker based on slow job reports and Feds not raising rates and this weakness may continue going forward Feds will put raising rates on Hold since much is uncertain now with Brexit.

Thanks for the info. The USDCAD chart you uploaded does it have the correct settings. I mean have you adjust the settings already for yourself because it appears the same like mine chart. we've got the same pivot and S/R figures.

Hey Gaz. Thanks so much for your chart and pivot info friend. My pivots on U/C chart is same as yours, but a little different from Davits. But it is a bit of a relief to see those pivots from that site match up with the pivots on Davits indy on my chart almost to the pip. I have turned that indy inside out and upside down today trying to work out why it isn't matching! Now i see it matches the levels that site shows at least, so maybe i'm on the right track! Ha. Thanks again.

Huge moves on the pound hey Davit? around 1000 pips! I watched Gold just keep climbing. I caught initial move, but took profit at an earlier resistance level. Now if i would've held it.........Next trade! G.

Hi Tx. Sorry i missed ur post. My previous pivot indy analysis post is invalid now after further experimentation, and i seem to be back to where i was. I got it to work and match Davits on one chart, then the same formula would not apply itself on any other chart after that. This got me confused, and i spent rest of day trying to work it out. Never worked it out until Gazpacho's post earlier where he/she suggested an alternative which i think will workout. See post 712 and see what u think. Good luck.

While i'm here again, WTI OIL H4. Price closed below weekly pivot, but might be a bit too in the middle to sell. I will see if it goes lower and bounces off S 38 or S 61 area and look to possibly buy. TDI doesn't look to interested at this stage either. Could be a sell to S 38 too? G

Davit mate if you find my post is stupid or not suitable for your thread then just delete it. I always face difficulty to set my pivot or day open line settings b/c some says set your time zone and some says set your broker time and some says set NY close time so please if know any simple answer/solutions please tell me what is appropriate /suitable for me to spot correct PIVOT,S1,S2,S3 OR R1,R2,R3 OR DAY OPEN LINE .
1.I am from Bangladesh GMT+6
2.My broker use NY close
And i will really appreciate if i see my daily pivot and support resistance match with following links

Hi Classy
You must do it yourself.I can't play with my indicator to find solution for yours because of broker time difference.

Guitarbloke already posted interesting solution and I encourage you to play with settings. Start with broker time=false then play with candle start end.
Here is my default setting
I never paid attention to online pivot sites.If you take 20 pivot sites you'll get 20 different numbers.I like my indicator because price does react hence I know I am on the money.
