Indeed the Sun's view isn't the best reasoning to use to make a decision re stay or go. But I agree with you too that long term it seems to stack up a lot better than staying. Now that the leave camp has gained some serious momentum, Labour is trying to use scare tactics across the board. Amazing what the folk will get up to to get their way. Labour fretting big time!

It's really awesome to hear your guys' take on Brexit. I'm in the US and really don't have anywhere near the expertise you do just by simply being UK citizens.

The big question in my mind is will a 'leave' vote actually be GBP negative? It seems everyone thinks that it will be which makes me wonder if it might not be GBP positive.

I've seen this kind of stuff play out a lot before... the currency pair gets beat up leading up to a major fundamental event (think Greek referendum, anyone?). But once things are in the rear view mirror, the currency recovers. Basically, buy the rumor sell the news type of stuff.

Not a pair I trade, but I did take a stab at GBP/JPY longs. I'm not blogging/recommending that one though because I think it's more high risk. Long there from 147.76

The result will end with STAY. The powers that be wouldn't allow it, leave vote doesn't serve their agenda of a NWO.( ...Just saying...)

If not bottom today than tomorrow on GBPJPY it appears to me. It's looking like several JPY pairs are making bottom right in here.

glad my stop survived FOMC on UJ. I really believe UJ is going to keep softening up their currency over the coming months they kind of have too at this point.

Just getting up. Yes, stopped out. A bit frustrated with myself because this was the plan I originally outlined for my GBP/JPY shorts in my weekly outlook on Sunday. So just staying out of the markets until I pull it together mentally.
