the usd/nzd 4 hr chart reminds me of a kitten thats just been caught up on the kitchen counter ,It knows it shouldnt be there and it knows it has no resonable excuse for being in that position and is just wondering how long it can get away with it until its knocked off back onto the floor where it belongs lol
Clearly, NZDUSD is going to pull back a little from this move. But does not change fact that RBNZ has acknowledged an inflation problem and has to "raise" rates while the Federal Reserve has acknowledged there is no need to raise rates, just the "desire" to raise rates. After the correction, whenever Kiwi stops ripping across all currencies as it shoots the moon, and gives us a slight correction into the .7050 area, NZDUSD IMHO is a buy and hold until the winter holiday season is upon us (mid-December) targeting .7500+
