I never had any problem with Skrill. And anyways, since recently (I think last year), Neteller was bought by the same company owning Skrill...

every broker have their own budget from their profit. so i think , it is someting called promotional budget.
a normal practice . some of brokers attract clients with deposit bonus and contests, and ssme of them attract clients by giving stuff like gold or gadgets,

Hi there,

I recently opened a trading account with XM. However, during the account opening process, I just checked boxes without actually reading the questions. As a result, my account was classified as a Retail Account which makes it expensive for me to trade due to minimum lot size. Secondly, the forex area was greyed out/disabled which means that I cannot trade forex.

I send an email yesterday to my allocated relationship manager as well as the Validations department regarding the possibility of reclassifying my account. I haven't received acknowledgement of the email nor any response to my query.

Would it be possible for my account to be reclassified?

Dear Chibaya,

Please note that all clients are normally classified as retail clients and this classification does not affect trading conditions. I doubt that your classification needs to be changed because I believe that the reason why you cannot trade on certain instruments is different. Perhaps you have a micro account but you are trying to trade on standard symbols that are visible in micro account for administrative purposes. If you do have a micro account, you need to choose micro symbols (EURUSDmicro, GBPUSDmicro, etc).

Hi MR Costas,i have opened an account with XM 3 months ago,and verified it ,but didn't make any deposit,now i can't access my account as it keeps telling me that my account is archived ,and i should open a new account ,why is that happening?

Hello! At me too such was - no activity on the account -that's close. Now open a new account and again go through the verification process.

Dear fxnow/Kinder,

Accounts with zero balance get archived after 90 days. If your accounts are archived and you wish to resume trading with XM, please open a new account.

Dear fxnow,

If your bank statement we have on file is fairly recent, you will not need to submit new documents.

When you open a new account, it should be validated automatically. In case additional documents are required, our validations department will get in touch with you.

I was wondering does XM provide its clients with an 'ewallet'? ie aplace where atrader can save his profits acqured from trading for future withdrawal or redirecting back to trading account just as hotforex does with their 'mywallet'.Am asking this because i dont feel cormfatable trading back all my profits neither am I cormfartable with frequent withdrwal requests.Thank you.

I have long traded at XM. Very pleased with their service. So far the most impressive thing when withdraw from them very quickly. I hope you keep on working like that.

very simple, just open two account one use for trading other use as a bank account don't trade that one just withdraw or deposit in it. I did same thing.

It does not disappear. It will go through the second account is equal to the percentage that you transfer. Mean you have 200 USD and 100 credit. After transfer you will have 100 USD and 50 credit in second account.

I got a 40 pips slippage from last NZD/USD news trade (cash rate). This broker is not good if you trade the news.
