Hey gang, I've closed out all my trades. Obviously USD/CAD longs were stopped out. But GBP/JPY shorts hit profit at 156.15 (left some on the table). I just closed out USD/JPY shorts... 215 pips profit on that since I posted about it yesterday.

I also got out my U/J shorts, I think things are bit getting oversold here, might go another 30 pip or so.
There is strong support at 106.50, there might be some long opportunities coming very soon next week

I think you're right regarding the overdone nature of this move, charron. In fact, I've taken a small long in GBP/JPY... more on that, and why, in the weekly update later on though.

For sure, man. Very happy with the trades we took the last couple days. Two losers, but kept small (under 75 pips between the both of them). And then two big winners totaling 381 pips.

yellen won't be in favor of raising rates especially due to weak Jobs. USD will be neutral to weak this week. I am short USD/CHF but since we don't cover it here I have not posted any charts.
U/J is chicken without head right now lets wait for clear direction before hitching the ride.

Hey gang, sorry I've been MIA this week.

Mrs. Geppy and I were expecting our first baby (a boy) on July 24th. But she texted me Friday afternoon that her water broke! Baby boy Geppy was here less than 13 hours later.

It's been a whirlwind ever since. He's 7 weeks early and, even though he's heavy for how early he is, he's only 4.5 pounds. They have him under constant monitoring and assisted respiratory in the NICU. He's healthy though and doing well.

So we're day-to-day right now, trying to wrap our heads around all this and get our lives back in order a bit. Hopefully I'll be returning to a more normal schedule in the next day or two.

Trade tracker is updated for the day. There are currently no good opportunities. Crazy, I can't remember the last time I saw it like this.

Markets seem boring and quiet. Probably a good time to stay on the sidelines if you aren't committed to a position already.
