my method is exactly as in this journal ,which has gradually been modified as time and knowledge of price has developed.

basically i use average prices from 7 time frames and there extremes .i use the values of a basket for indication of flows and scalp within those parameters.

the initial target on this short would be 76 ,will monitor values at that level should price continue in favour

it all looks to be in agreement and then its switching very quickly,the pound is over all strong and is being dragged a little or contained by weakness in its relatives.which is making it very hard work
