Meta Trader SMS notification

Has anyone found a reliable way to receive SMS messages from Meta Trader Alerts?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o></o>

My current set up has is using the Yahoo SMTP server. Meta Trader uses the Yahoo server to send a message to it self when the alert is triggered. I have a Yahoo Rule to send an SMS message to my phone when it receives the Meta Trader email.<o></o>

The problem is Yahoo's out going server can be very slow. <o></o>

I'm having trouble finding a Free or Cheap solution to this issue.<o></o>

Couple of options, I would think:

You should be able to text your phone via e-mail...like [email protected] or whatever. In that case, just e-mail yourself the alert directly (using a local SMTP server...like IIS if you're using windows XP Pro).

Your OTHER option is to write files to a folder on your machine (I think you can write files from MetaTrader) and then create a file watcher service that immediately picks up new files and process them. The advantage this gives you is external processing...in otherwords...this is how you could possibly "interface" with another program through MetaTrader.
