not been in the market so far this week as i can not focus enough.....aside is also a (good) trade at times.

here is a video of how we/the mind works and how/why time/reality is different for all of us..... the epilog at the end is i think a good summary of the mindset we need to achieve....... not a what we want mindset but a best outcome mindset for the current situation we find ourselves in.

Hi juisen25

yes, but i use the higher time frames for direction (as i did today) and the momentum bars for clues as to direction and health of move.
time of day is also important to note when starting/finishing a trade.

the biggest entry (5 skew in this case) i try (if possible) to enter high, then it can possibly be used as energy for part of recovery or killed quickly with minimal damage.

the market often (not always) moves in a readable motion as in the picture/chart below.
