DislikedQuestion for thread - How many traders here would label the CYAN 'LH?' and 'NSL?' as true lower high and new structure low? Market made a LH and then a NSL which I labeled in dark blue. Then we had a minor pb which didn't reach the 38.2 and then a NSL. The yellow horizontal line is what I use to dictate whether we are going to have a change of order flow. It's what we are taught to do in this thread. So on the creation of the cyan NSL, this would mean that we'd move the yellow line down to the cyan LH which did not reach the 38.2. So essentially...Ignored
It would depend on the swing that your gauging. Most choose short term swings and favor present information. I try to keep in mind the bigger picture as well. But short term and just by looking at it, I want to say yes even though it would be nicer if the 38.6 was met as well. I would agree with your labeling and going with the clear swings.
Longer term I would capture the whole swing from 17650 to the lows.
I'm jealous of your data feed as well. You got much clearer moves then me due to the lack of tick participation. maybe I should choose a lower tick yield to get more in-sync.
