Thanks Fx- Flux. At least we can use the indy 'as is' also, we can just extend the lines ourselves, if needed. It gives us an indication of the most important areas.

I'm not sure if this is any better my modified version counts a touch as being ~1.5pips +/-

There is no doubt this system is working and as we now know where it comes from we could try to improve it.

This is a good idea! Or maybe keep it as simple as possible and count the touches as soon as the market will hit the low / high of S/R zones. But only one touch / one candle should be allowed.

Hello, I would not recommend you to use the ZigZag indicator. The indicator highly repaints in the history - simply watch M1 chart and you will see where's the catch in using zig zag.
