Yes lets see how tomorrow plays out, I am expecting the retracement to 6910-6920 area before it bounces again in this channel. Opened up a short crude oil and got ******ed. The joys of trading!!

hey bro sorry for your loss in crude, just FYI for the reference, oil was testing this zone with high volume previously, contrary to popular belief sup/res area does not become stronger after re-tests in fact it becomes weaker, on the chart we broke that area with clearly high volume.

Just saying. be careful in the areas where price is trying to break out with high volume.

Also Im not trading oil, very manipulated BS market.

if it doesn't get past and close beyond 0.9425 it will be set up for 0.716x​

hmmm could someone tell me what their high of this move is, followed by the high after that, on M5 chart... stopped out at 0.7055 :s one broker has printed 0.70525, the other 0.70525 :/​

Two brokers....one number???

Oanda's high was .70552 FXCM MT-4 demo chart high was .70529 and the FF chart showed .7053

I closed it a bit early but still good profit as tt went down even more further after I closed my trades.

I have 0.70527 and 0.70532 on 2 different brokers

Hey guys, haven't been here in a while. I had bad luck with NU, so I moved to USD/CAD for a while.

Anyway, So far, the channel boundaries are still holding, and it is at the lower resistance level. Does anyone thinks it's gonna go up?

The rate cut speculation vs. rate decision are two different reaction. If the market speculated that probability f rate cut is high then all these numbers are setup for good size dip. However, if the rate cut doesn't happen then it triggers short squeeze pushing this pair may above 0.71 levels. The May G7 meeting in Japan will continue to keep the fx intervention on sidelines by major currency countries. US data and Euro economics has already been priced in for range fluctuations. RBNZ was not happy with rate cut news leak and may decide to not cut the rate at all. FED in USA are playing good cop and bad cop roles to keep the market guessing. I think there will be two rate hikes in USA this year.

Just by following trend and fibo levels, it appears to have bottomed out after attempting resistance at 161.8 level @ the 68990 mark and should be make a return to the 7xxx areas. from what i'm seeing 7080-7120. Take what I say with a grain of salt please!!!​
