yes, hope you see that it is facing DOL, it moved 30p before it reached DOL and bounced back.

Welcome to M30, Ill-b-back,
m30 is forming hidden divergence for a long even though it is facing R61 and BRN and might retest the high before it turns down...howerver, be careful going against trend

GU had a good bounce off TL/ BRN/R38 with hidden divergence, is reaching ATR. Similar set up on GJ

What I understand is, if follow the rule, the APB have to cross the MA, so the candle which break the MA already near the RN
How do you trade the bounce?

hi likica, thanks, to be honest I trade the 1hr tms, 30min is too fast for me. I'm used to trading weekly and daily on GU, so i feel like sniping with the 1hr.will see how she goes.

Lee,
There a numbers of things to look for continuation signal (another name called hidden divergence), in this case bullish hidden divergence (buy):

- on M30 price has higher high (HH) , Higher Low (HL), h4 has series of bull APBs, D1 has BUOB which broke up which indicated me to only go long.
- dial back to our ground (M30) waiting for a set up (hidden divergence) off supports and in this case, GU was nicely bounced off BRN 1.4300 and R38 with a nice pin bar.
- I would enter from a break out of that little trend line (if I was at my PC) and exit at R61 for 45pips.
- If you have a good set up on M30 with H4 D1 congruent, you could bag 50-100pips. My concern here is it is reaching ATR (it could move more but might have retrace before it heads up again)
- your question about 1.4350? I would ignore. I usually pay more attention to BRN such as 1.4300, 14400, ...etc.
- I don't think I set the rule that APB has to cross MA for entry?...however, it did crossed and so did TDI.
- One thing I normally don't like when a continuation forming after a divergence. I have a big doubt about whether the trend will continue or just a retrace as a divergence usually indicates that the trend is now changing direction. Go back to UCAD hidden divergence formed yesterday and failed after I took a short from bearish divergence, you will notice that it failed to ( after you attended school, you get what I mean by divergence and hidden divergence). If not, go back to school. This is my obvervation for you to study and take what applies to your case. Some hidden divergence (HDIV) could resume with the trend if price bounces off a very strong support and not face any resistant.

BRN is 100 pips of distance rather than RN which is 50 pips?

1. How old is the new candle? It looks like you are in a pullback.
2. Is this cross in line with the higher TF?

I can just about guarantee that cross is against the higher TF.

You can tell this by checking the last time the TDI crossed down. If the price is worse, then you are counter trend.

USDCAD- Here is a trade that i was in yesterday. i jumped in early due to the trend line previous structure BRN etc. To me this was the most important area to look for short. Entered on H1 but actual signal came when the OB formed and TDI came out of 68 area. That's what likica telling every time to wait let price come out from 68 32 area and give us hint to trade.

Newbies, please study that chart sequence. Do you see that Omo got in at the top of the daily wick? Do you see that Omo got in with the TDI coming out of the 68 with good price action? All of these little things do add up.

Are you thinking of selling? No sell when price keeps making higher highs (HH) and higher lows (HL). TDI is still around 68.
Train your eyes for PA before looking at TDI just for the sake to be safe.
I don't want to be tough but pls do study. I don't always have time to do this every time and you could end up taking a trade waiting for my reply

Thanks for helping Jmn. Yeah, when TDI comes out of those areas, it has better moves, as long as we have patience to wait for it to come out before taking actions.

Yeah, both correctly spotted. currently bearish divergence is forming off BRN but bears not ready and who knows what is coming out of Steven'speech...I m sitting chilled, watching all majors are up and wondering why need to be bothered to jump in AU short
