Take a look at the path and file it's telling you it can't open and I'd bet it doesn't exist. That's your problem.

Hi. You may try opening the .mql4 file with MetaEditor and compiling it again. Then you'll get a new .ex4 file. Make sure, that this new file is inside the \Experts folder and open it again from Metatrader as you've already tried.

mghEAv1.0.mq4 - put in your Experts folder
OrderSendReliable.mq4 put in your Include folder

then restart your MT4 platform
