we are IB with IC markets,

Normally IC market charges 7 USD for a standard lot, but under our IB you will get discount and will pay just 5.5 USD per lot for a round trade....

I am an IB for IC Markets as well. Similar to Eonfx, I have a $1.50 commission discount (real-time) for IC markets True ECN account traders. (Original is $7 USD per rt, after discount is $5.50)

to all IBs.. please looking forward on level II depth of market EA issue.. its not working.. i've chatted with support, but, until now still got no solutions. I am considered to close all my account and move to other ecn brokers if this problems not solve.

I spoke to them twice about this issue. First time the fobbed me off onto some indicator that wasn't even a market depth indicator and then the second time the support agent told me that I had to find my own DOM indicator for mt4 and that they had no timescale of when it would work again, yet they continue to advertise MT4 with level 2 DOM. Their spreads are what pulled me to them but I have to agree with most of the people that their customer support is awful.

Have been with IC Markets for a long time,as like u Rexz I also was attract with their tigh spreads . For sure during this period they had problems,for example -the biggest one I can not forget till now is the live servers down for about a week last year.
Anyway I must pay tribute to IC markets stuff,they had solved that issue ,and the other technical problems in acceptable terms. Every business had problems,but the ability to solve them is the main parameter I use to distinguish a good company from a bad one.
The one and only reason I almost close my accounts with them ,it is issue with their comissions per trade. Using an IB ,I payed reduced comission of 5.5$ per lot traded. And I couldn't understand why I must pay the same comission trading lets say GBPUSD ,and the same comission for example trading USDCAD. Their values are different ,so my logic told me that and the comission for trading them should be different.I write a couple of times to them ,but had no clear answer to my questions.
If one nice Thustday they decide to review and reconstract their approach to commisson prices,I will return back to their services,because of authorities under which regulation they exist.

May I ask who you are with now? Did you find another broker with low spreads?

I opened a account with them and was in a good impression that this is a good broker. But they seem to be rude, impatient and dont really care about customers. Glad i got to know their real face before my deposit

dont be a stupid you cant trade 100 lots with 1000 dollars and on top of that I dont see any thing rude with the chat agents, its true they cant see the last chats.

I am IB with IC market and I do keep close eyes on their business model but this is just plain silly.

try re-reading it...believe he refers to 100 lot commission free trading...a special advertised. obviously he found that it only applicable if he trades on MT4, not cTrader.
wonder what the reason is behind.

but agree, in the attached chat was no rudeness really.

actually i did not post the whole chat history as i felt its useless to post now. they might have changed the offer or the first live chat agent misguided me. I was told offer is for mt4 ecn which is 200$ min deposit and ctrader which is 1000$.
I am not stupid, have you ever traded forex in your life? A scalping robot can make more than 100 lots worth TRADE'S easily in a month. We all know you cannot open a 100 LOT TRADE at once lol. Whos stupid now?

As it is CFD trading I believe with ECN quotes I know they usually allow max of 50 lots opened at once so 100 isn't off of the cards. As a CFD is a contract between you and the broker and not the underlying market I guess it is up to the broker how many lots you can open at once. 50 Lots is a large sum though and you could open 50 then another 50 straight away. I understand this is nothing to do with your original complaint which was an offer for 100 lots (guessing over a period total) commission free. I have had this issue with brokers before. The only thing that I can favor IC Markets for is a freeze in price they had a while ago which lost me around £500. Their MT4 platform froze whilst their CTRADER platform continued working. I gave them evidence in the price gaps and they refunded the whole trade without too many questions.

I guess you can have good and bad experiences with nearly all brokers (I always seems to find good review and bad reviews in my research). I guess the best thing is to trial the broker. Trade light and test their depositing/withdrawal. Also never keep large sums of money in a broker account. Just my 2-penny worth

Last week I requested to TT transfer some amount of money to my bank in Singapore. However, I just get to know today from my bank that there is a sender charges of USD7.

I know there will be a AUD20 apply for TT withdrawal to oversea, but what is this USD7 (sender charges)? Does anyone encounter before this? Their live chat asked me to contact their account department directly, but so far I haven't get any feedback yet.

Most probably your bank has charged this, nothing to do with IC market. you should contact Bank for more details.

IC Markets charges AUD 20 equivalent fee only, The reason you received less amount is the intermediary bank might have charged fees.
Ask your Bank to provide SWIFT Wire Transfer Statement.

hello dear traders, i have a problem with icm about depositing funds, i deposit funds with the option of Fund by Local Bank Transfer (Outside Australia) via Global Collect on 24th may tuesday. After a cuple of days i track my payment from global collect and they told me that they recieved my money and processed it on 25th may wednesday. When i checked transaction summary at client area on İCMarkets i see the amount of 0 and the status is incomplete. Asked live chat this situation and they told me the amount is 0 and there is noth,ng to do and must talk to global collect. Global collect says we send money to Ic Markets.
Now i m waiting a response from both Ic Markets and Global Collect, its been a week !!!

What a business !! Great job !! Great customer service !!
Remember i want to make a deposit, not a withdraw!! If depositing is like that i cant even think about withdrawing !!

I am with IC market from last 4 years and never faced any such issues, they have no reason to hold your funds if they have really received it....get a response from your payment provider.
