hi ipsula why is it u don't believe that it's profitable it is a good tool for trending markets have u tried this before

Some pairs to watch at the start of this week are the JPY pairs. JPY is the strongest currency at the end of last week (analysis done on the 4HR chart).

Most JPY pairs have shown a retracement and most of them will cross a trendline at the open of this week. I already entered USDJPY because price crossed its trendline.

According to my strength/weakness analysis, I am expecting GBPCHF to go down. With a hidden divergence, I will wait for price to cross the trendline.

Funny, I always seem to get stopped out when I enter trades, although the system looks profitable when I backtest data.

what is your profitable indicator about divergence?
Why did you give up on it?
It turned out to be nonprofitable, did it?

Hi Guys,
I have some stupid questions.

1) do you guys trade only with divergence? RD or HD, or only HD.

You guys don't trade other strategies such as pullback under a trend if there is no HD signal come out?

2) how to use divergence efficiently with MTF?
If you identify a HD in daily chart, would you enter at the daily chart or other charts?

If you identify a HD or RD in H1 chart, would you enter at lower time frame such as 15M or 30M? Or just at the H1 time frame?

3)do you know the actual signal from divergence is 1 or 2 bars late? It is a lagging signal compared to its embeded oscillator such as sto, rsi, cci.
so how can we cope with the lagging?

The Divergence in your case was stronger than the Hidden Divergence i think
