actually I'd worried if my broker offered unlimited leverage, that's a pretty big red flag imo.
Ignored
I am sure Exness can do it internally with their trading volume of 559.4 billion USD for Q4 2015 as I just realised that it is only offered if your equity is less than 1000$ . Then from 1000$ it goes down automatically to 1:2000 presumably until 3000$ then from 3000$ -10000 it is 1:1000...and it goes farther down as equity grows.

Though, I still can't understand what is the maximum lot size one can enter if on Unlimited Lev and balance, say 500$. Would be nice to see it in practice that is why I am waiting for the reply from Exness rep in regards to the demo trial.

Dear Exness Representative, the news about UNLIMITED Leverage is potentially explosive and exciting, however, there is very little in terms of information on dedicated UNLIMITED Leverage page: https://www.exness.com/unlimited_leverage/

Dear Hr824,

thank you for your interest in Exness unlimited leverage! I have taken the liberty of quoting your questions. Below are my replies, with explanations where needed.

1. Does Unlimited leverage available to CySec clients from www.exness.eu (UK resident) ?
Ignored
At the moment, it is not. It is only available to Exness Limited (VC) clients.

2. Could it be tested in MT4 demo account? - As it is hard to imagine practical margin requirements under unlimited leverage conditions.
Ignored
Yes, it could, provided you meet the conditions for the unlimited leverage which are (a) account's equity under 1000 USD, (b) trading volume across all trading accounts inside one Member area is or greater than 5 lots (500 lots for a Cent account) and (c) number of all closed trades across all accounts in one Member area, cancelled pending orders excluded, is or greater than 10.

Yes, that is correct. When the equity reaches 2999 USD, the leverage will further drop to 1:1000.

The maximum lot size will depend on the current equity.

Let me give an example:

1. Mini account;
2. Equity of 500 USD;
3. EURUSD trade;
4. Average EURUSD spread is 1 pip (0.00010).

We assume that with the unlimited leverage the margin taken for a trade is 0 (Please mind that it is not applied to CFDs on futures and some pairs that have specific margin requirements, such as USDRUB, EURNOK, etc. For more information on margin requirements please visit our Specifications).

That means that you can open a trade up to the amount of spread that you pay when you open it. if you open a EURUSD trade with the average spread when your equity is 500 USD, its maximum volume may be less than 50 lots (1 pip price of 1 lot EURUSD is 10 USD). However, this very situation is extremely risky because even a minimum price change against the trade may cause it to be stopped out with negative equity.

Now you may decide for yourself what volume suits your strategy. If you have any more questions, please do let me know!

Hello, asgcorp.

I understand your concern.

I would just like to point out that this service is optional. We offer leverages from 1:2 and it is always up to our clients to choose the one that suits them best.

Thank You, Exness, for all the questions answered.

In regards to question 4 - that is what I was expecting, that the maximum lot size in case of Unlimited leverage would only be determined by the size of the equity and the spread.

I have got more questions please:

1. I see that Neteller Payment option is available to excess.eu (Cysec) customers. However, £ GBP is not available as Neteller account currency, is that correct?

2. Could UK resident register under excess.com in order to have more payment options, such as Skrill etc.?

Also if I could add to the previous:

My trial account was opened with GBP selected as account currency and £300. However, in the personal area top left corner says 0.00 USD.

Is it possible to change USD to GBP in that display?
Why does it still show 0.00 if trial was started with £300?

Kind Regards,

Dear Hr824,

thank you for the questions!

At the moment there are no NETELLER payments in GBP. However, this is under consideration as several other clients have expressed the wish to deposit in GBP via NETELLER.

As far as the Company branches are concerned, a UK resident can only open an account in Exness (CY) Ltd, which means that a client from UK can use bank wire, bank card, and NETELLER as deposit options.

Apart from it, regarding the 'total in accounts' question, indeed this amount is always in USD (and it cannot be changed), but the free margin of every account is displayed in the account currency. Suppose I could scroll down your screen shot a bit, I would then have seen a 300 GBP on the right side of the trial account.

And another thing that needs to be pointed out is that the 'total in accounts' is the total amount of all live accounts.

If you have any other questions, please do let me know.

Dear Exness Customer support,

Thank you for your thorough explanation and answers. Yes, indeed there £300 displayed in the box-description of the trial account. It would be good to have Neteller payments in GBP. I have one more question if I may:

I read somewhere on forum pages where a trader of Exness was describing the situation that he witnessed using Exness real account. A trader and his friend were both using same type of Exness real accounts and noticed a difference in the price feed when comparing both their charts. When trader raised this issue with Exness customer service via chat, apparently he got an explanation that this was possible due to different liquidity providers that Exness has. Whether this situation was true or correctly relayed by myself I am not 100% sure, however, this made me wonder of the process by which Exness feeds its prices from liquidity providers to its customers.
I would have thought that Exness would have ONE and ONLY price feed to every customer derived from the best available AVERAGE PRICE that comes through to Exness from its numerous liquidity providers. Or is it actually true that Exness feeds its prices from different liquidity providers to different customers thus creating the situation where some Exness customers are getting a slightly better price.

Which one of the two above described processes in relation to the price feed is true? How does it actually work please?

Many Thanks

Hello, Hr824!

Thank you very much for this question.

All accounts of the same type have absolutely identical prices, irrespective of the server they come from. Thus, if the traders in the related story held accounts of the same type, say Mini and Mini, they would notice that prices in their accounts were the same.

Meanwhile, if they had different types of accounts, for example Mini and ECN, the quotes would justifiably differ, because our Market Maker (MM) quote providers and ECN liquidity providers are indeed different.

For more information on our quote and liquidity providers for MM and ECN accounts please visit our website:

Hello, darksorrow!

Thank you for the question.

Yes, we do. Instant execution and fixed spread instruments are available on Mini and Classic accounts.

However, fixed spread pairs have only market execution.

Here are some pieces of information regarding your question that you may find useful:

1. On instant and market execution: https://www.exness.com/faq/1246_what...ur_company_use;
2. A few words about fixed spreads: https://www.exness.com/fixed-forex-spreads/;
3. How to navigate through our trading instruments: https://www.exness.com/faq/509what_d...ng_instruments.

If you have any more questions, please do let me know!

I asked if you offer "Instant Execution + Fixed Spread" both on a single account. Not on separate accounts.

Anyways thank you for your reply.

Thank you for the clarification, darksorrow!

I appreciate your help, profitfarmer!

The answer to your query as you have put it, darksorrow, is 'yes'. For example, you can open a Mini accounts and use both fixed spread pairs and market execution instruments on it. Thus, we do 'offer "Instant Execution + Fixed Spread" both on a single account'. The same goes for a Classic account.

However, if I may take the liberty of assuming that you may have meant this: 'is there a pair on a certain type of account that has both instant execution and a fixed spread?', then the answer would be 'no', because fixed spread pairs only have market execution.

Please do ask me more questions if you have them. I will be happy to help!
