Hi all

I traded a little bit on the trial account ok so far... But it's not possible to register with this broker. They have to verify the passport or id... well, I gave it up after sending them 30 photos... I'm from Switzerland and not from Serengeti or back-lands of ISIS controlled Syria...

Just for the managers and marketing guys out there from the exness... The process is really stupid..

My last photo sent... I give up.

Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention.

First of all, let me comment on the steps you've been through with us. In general, if a citizen of one country opens an account from another country, we would require such client to upload an international passport and a document that proves the client's legal stay in the country where the account in Exness was opened. However, it doesn't apply for some individual cases.

Secondly, if a document has two sides, such as, for example, an ID card or a driving licence, we kindly ask our clients to upload both. Rest assured our website allows the clients to upload both at the same time. The client has to upload the front side and then go slightly down to the next box marked with a white thin 'plus' inside a yellow circle. That is how the second or the third document (or the other side of the same document) can be added to the first one. Otherwise the first one may be just substituted by the other ones and, therefore, won't get uploaded in the end.

Thirdly, some documents may be unaccepted because they are considerably small or blurred.

Apart from it, indeed .zip files are not accepted by the system, as it allows only .jpeg, .png, .bmp, and .pdf extensions.

Taking all these details into consideration, I suggest that you may consider sending me your account number (at [email protected]), so that I could thoroughly investigate the case and provide necessary guidance on what and how to upload to have your account verified.

Thanks Georgii. This was the problem and it took me few days to get the answer.

Indeed, we experienced today a short break in the quotes flow on our Exness-Real3 ECN server. The issue now is being investigated to ensure it won't take place again in future.

Unfortunately, we do not. New clients from Canada are not able to register in Exness.

That may be the case because ECN liquidity is considerably low before the market closes on Friday. Traders remove their limit orders from the pool, thus making the spread widen.

Hi profitfarmer, sure I check spreads in market hours (now they are ok). I just saw that when market was closed this broker had worser spreads than others.

Dear Exness Representative, the news about UNLIMITED Leverage is potentially explosive and exciting, however, there is very little in terms of information on dedicated UNLIMITED Leverage page:

Here are some questions:


1. Does Unlimited leverage available to CySec clients from www.exness.eu (UK resident) ?

2. Could it be tested in MT4 demo account? - As it is hard to imagine practical margin requirements under unlimited leverage conditions.

3. Is it also available for ECN accounts?

4. On page mentioned above there are 3 conditions in order to qualify for unlimited leverage, where one of them states: “For high market loss prevention - Less than 1000 USD equity in account”…

I just don’t understand this condition as it says “Less than 1000 USD” which could mean 5$ as it stands.

Does it actually mean to say that in order to get Unlimited Leverage one has to have MORE than 1000 $ in account?

actually I'd worried if my broker offered unlimited leverage, that's a pretty big red flag imo.
