ya the grid settings seems similar, with steps and PO stuff. but the method of collecting profits is a little different.
DislikedJaggWaa and Zigler, JaggWaa, I appreciate you sharing your code, your coding style is very professional. Zigler, while I think your idea has merit, I believe it takes on too much risk vs the reward. Right now, I have the EA fired up on EUR/USD with the same settings you have. It has 2 buys and 3 sells, and is losing $50.17 currently - with all five trades in a loss. You might consider this a 'no loss' system, but taking on 5x risk vs reward (since the trade wins are capped at $10), I am not thinking the same. I did the math on this system, and it...Ignored

DislikedCan anybody please explain to me what is trend? I am still fighting to understand that what actually is meant by trend. I suggest, we should not release too many versions. Khalil and Thread Owner, i think are authoritative in code. Everything they release, I will trust.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Blahh.. Blahh then run Original EA where you have 10's of Orders open in 1 direction and All LOSS.. Yea $50 Big F* DD... Don't use this Version, it's toxic... Let me use it cause I know how...Ignored

Disliked{quote} It gets messy anyway....as it never moves straight down or straight up. So you get orders all over then hope to get out if it trends.Ignored
DislikedZigler, sorry to be so blunt, but if you think a system that has drawdowns in excess of 5 times your winning trades, then your calculator may not working well - since it will take more than an 80% win rate just to break even. You said yourself that you do not do the math, but it can get much worse than this. I do not think pointing out the math will serve any purpose however - you seem very comfortable with your system, so I wish you well. Since we are all here to have a constructive dialogue, I will go ahead and start another thread. My hope is...Ignored

Disliked{quote} I would gladly put Voldemar in this list as he has actually pioneered part 1 of the strategy.Ignored
Disliked{quote} @genasea Please do that and attach the link, so interested parties can join your thread. I wish this thread would settle around Remon's strategy, as it is becoming too chaotic here due to the excessive brainstorming and uncrelated discussions. Firstly, our goal should be to be able to test Remon's "Video Part 2" strategy in its cleanest form, so I suggest holding back the brainstorming at least until we can get through that.Ignored
DislikedHello guys, I think brainstorming is allowed here. Why else would Remon be presently working on the calculator to allow us crate other similar concept. What zigler suggested is an follow up of video 1 and it makes sense. Have tried it and its cool. Do the maths. Let's not limit ourselves in this thought of Remon. It shows there are more opportunities , or why else is Remon coding the calculator.Ignored
