UID parameter in MT4 dialog is only used if you have more 1 DashTZ instance running. You will have set different UID for avoid conflicts

Awesome. I loaded new version in test platform and loaded last settings automatically You can forget tedious MT4 dialog forever

lol, i'm thinking maybe you can leave dash v0.72 in your first post for a little while until the new version gets tested a bit, would be less confusing to new comers

I don't have old version. But I will remove of thread and later I will upload it again. Seem something changed while fixed small issues

PS: I know what happens. If you close settings with same button you opened is saved. If you change pin settings without close current pin not saved. I will fix but you can use it in this form while

'trend' indicator is not updating its infos, i noticed it doesn't change at all, and after i restarted MT4, it updated the directions once, then stopped again, so it only refreshes on restart, but 'strength' indicator does refresh all time like it should

Yes, I saw it to on the STRENGHT indi, it stop refresh itself, if I go in and reload indicator then it start again.

Similar situation as that of Tobib80, Mt4 with latest build of TZ is becoming unresponsive.​

i just left a setting with DashTZ v0.73 + 'Strength' for 6 hours now, they both kept working (sending signals to EAX), but 'trend' still gets locked up after one tick refresh...

Question please to anyone that understands how the SnR, TZ, or Strength MA works:

- Would one of these method help against sudden big breakouts of trends going against the opened order direction?

I mean, suppose you have no SL but only exit on opposite signal, a buy or sell order opens, and the news breakout, and a trend goes way against you, would any of these signal go against the opened direction and 'x' pin trigger a close order in EAX?

If you want fast exit you will use strength as opposite signal. If you want try have less early exits you can try mix strength with SnR/TZ. Trend have delay if movement is very fast but in low volatility works very well

ty braintheboss, so maybe if i don't want to mix Strength with TZ or SnR and have slower exit, i can maybe just put a higher value on its trigger? the one between 0-14 (5 as default), maybe a 6 or 7?

People having problems with trend can see in expert log if have error in indicator? It's simple indicator and it's using same loop than strength. Then only reason for don't refresh PINs is indicator crashed
