Well played, I myself just couldn't bring myself to get in on it. Sometimes you look so hard for an entry you miss everything!

Yep, GJ made the 164 alright. May be it took longer than Geppy was originally anticipating, but nevertheless...it got there. A lot of things started to make sense this week. Like the GJ 200MA on the 4H just beckoning the price in today. Quite beautiful to watch when you are on the right side of the trade.

I haven't posted much but taking it all in. Despite the trite on the site, there is a lot of educational stuff too. I found the contributions from Forex147 and Pipminer were both really helpful and the banter is ok when it is kept within bounds. Then Pipminer had a gold rush and went a bit off the rails. I guess if you make a killing on a trade then it could easily go to your head for a while.

Special thanks to Geppy of course for making it all possible and keeping a voice of reason. A cool head wins the day. If you have a chance Geppy then we look forward to your next training blog. I am particularly interested in learning more about scaling in and out which I know you have spoken a bit about before.

Swing trading seems more akin to a five day cricket test match than than an ice hockey punch up. I reckon this thread will get back to that feeling before too long.

Thanks for the kind words, Mr0791. I guess I'm a gluten for punishment knowing going into it that this probably wouldn't work based on my previous experience. I'll definitely lurk, but I won't be a contributor.

Hi geppy,

I don't think your patron page is the right way to go about it. I have an idea for you to be able to do what you are doing now, for free to the community but still make money from it so you have something to work for.

Congrats on the upcoming baby! I myself have an 8yo Boy and a 6yo Girl and believe me when i say if you think you have little time now just wait 'till Geppy Jnr arrives hehe. I fully understand your time issues and your frustrations because this thread is very personal for you, so my suggestion going forward is maybe not to treat this new venture as a job but keep it very much as a fun hobby... because jobs slowly drain you whereas hobbies fill you up! However you eventually settle on the setup of this venture, do it on your terms - the terms that make it emotionally fulfilling for you. Then we all win.
I am more than happy to pay a modest amount of money for quality information, good luck!

But I will have to say it's pretty low of you if that was calculated. I also don't think you are suppose to be

I don't know why you think this was calculated. As I stated in my blog post, I do not need the money. I make more than enough at my job and plenty trading as a hobby. Those that have been here have seen my screenshots.

It's comments like this and people like you that will make me not miss being here one bit.
