normal spread I have 2 - 3 copecks and requirement per lot is 4k margin requirement

Spot USDRUB_TOD and USDRUB_TOM through moex.com (http://moex.com/s135)
Futures (http://moex.com/n927/?nt=201) can be traded as well, I think. you can contact them to learn closely.
I do not think what one financial instrument is better then other, it is just a matter of choise.

Actually I just can't figure out what's better - paying 0.45 rub for a future contract or 3 copecks spread on CFD's. Scalping looks quite attractive on that pair as session look quite rocky.

Are you sure that it is 3 copeсks? It is really cheap, it is less that 45 copecks per contract.
