This purple scenario is OK if you apply the rules,yes its right.I highlighted only important one with great impact.If you ask how do you know weather a setup is going to win great or not,there are other things which the chart can tell you in advance to predict the probability of success which is somewhat advanced not for the traders digestion but for the age of this thread,as I want other to digest the concept before going into more details which are usually less mechanical for some of the beginner traders here

All buy setups you highlighted are OK ,I meant by the beginning of the setup only the beginning of the 1st candle not the second.........

l came to you from varun76's thread...was curious to see your technique...l understand that forex for you is just a ''bored'' sideline...
Don't get me wrong...l envy you...l am struggling from months expecting to find a ''bored ''pattern that comeback over and over...
Any ''want to be'' full time trader would dream of this
Is this thread an hidden gem l was looking for so long...

From post 37 step 3 to 6...l need to see to fully understand where you trigger...

Do you mind posting some pics... sorry to be so dump...

Hi

l try to understand what the steps are from prospecting to enter a trade...just asked same thing to varun76 l am following him too...
A checklist help me understand...

1) you pickup a currency, TF, look for 2 consecutive bars same direction with a previous touch on the extreme of BB ( look a like reversing)
2) then you draw s-r
Are you taking the trade at the opening of the third one?
What is the trigger exactly? what about SL Do believe SL is few pips below/under drew s-r line

Coudn't be that simple...l probably miss something...

its not my favorable direction for now on the euro...................
but if you insist on trying to take a buy trade based on 4 hour chart...........
you have to wait for the test of those 2 zones
1.0800-1.0850

1.0700-1.0750

if those zones are busted then all the buyers are busted all together to 1.0550

BY THE WAY THE 1ST ZONE IS MORE RELIABLE,ALTHOUGH I THINK ITS A MATTER OF TIME AND THOSE WILL BREAK

It works with M1 too??? unbelievable m1 is just pure volatility
How 2 consecutives bars on M1 would be accurate ...Just don't get it please light up my brain

***Certainly my rules are so simple,because that is the reality of forex you accept the risk based on your rules,then you enter if it reversed to your stop then its no kidding game you have to take the predefined loss and no more by even a hair of a pip.
*** certainly you always enter the trade at the confirmation of reversal i.e at the close of the reversal candle or the opening of the next or at your discretion of better entry if you are backed by great deal of experience...............
***SL is your responsibility,but if you insist on a rule,yes the top of the triggering zone is ok
