Long 67 took a limit out at 77 to get my $50 ticks

I'm using a different bar interval, so our charts are going to be different. I just hit target on this one short from 16169 for +25.

This will be my last: long at 16153 ... came within 1 tick of my stop and reversed higher. My stop is now at 49 which would be -4.

EDIT: Stop is now at breakeven


EDIT: Target filled for +20. I am now +95 ticks and I think I will not press anymore today.

Trade 1 Was a Range/Support breakout pullback continuation. Price held 43 four time pre-open, then poked down to 42 but pulled back into the range briefly. Sold on a stop at 41, which was one tick below the pivot close on my line chart. You will note I am using jtrades's trick of a OHLC bar chart with a 1 period simple moving average of the closes. I love this combination - easy on my eyes, and it helps me quickly see when I should adjust an entry order or stop loss.

nice so this was a pre market trade gotcha because no news till 10 and 1030 nice setup a wedge

Trade 3

This was a simple Trader Vic 123 where 1 = trendline break, 2 = pullback to test the break, and 3 is the continuation entry. jtrades mentioned using trend lines in an earlier post this morning. I use them all the time. They are as good if not better "filters" than most indicators.

That entry actually occurred right after the open, but most of the set up was premarket
