Hi geppy,

i'm holding the USD/CAD short still. 75 pips in profit and looking good I think.

I put a short on USD/JPY but it didnt work out but I got another short in, so I'll see how that pans out. I missed the GPB/USD trade.

Yeah, I entered short gbpjpy yesterday. I figured you would enter that one too.
I am in with two positions on that and one short on cable. If we get a daily close below 1.4070 on cable. I'll be looking to add a larger position there.

Big move in EURUSD today off the back of some poor data this morning (GMT). Approaching the bottom line of the wedge, things might get interesting a bit sooner than we all thought Geppy! Anyone looking to go long soon?

I shorted GBP/JPY as well at break of 161.00. Nice clean follow through. I've shorted other pound commodities pairs as well around the same time as GBP/JPY but I know we don't discuss those other pairs here so much less the mention. I'm in the same boat as our USD/CAD short. Needs to break 1.36500 for additional follow through and added several lots around 1.3750- strictly based off 1hour price action at close.

Watching USDJPY H1. Wonder if it'll move up a bit more and test the 100/200MA, or start making lower highs?

I believe it'll move up some more (looking at 4hr). Mild pull back on 1hr to 113.00. If it breaks 113.00 then more likely it'll make a move down. For now, 113.00 at play and time will tell

Wont go up anytime, I use 89 ema and it retraced off the MA with Dark Cloud Pattern & Stoch was overbough area , which indicates it will carry on downwards for now... i think its definetly going to be testing the wedge (previous resistance) now support @ 112.8 eish

usdcad, nice drop, but it seems to find support at the pip to this trendline... it could be just a pullback, hopefully!

Hey, all. Things are looking decent. I like the further decline in USD/CAD, but I will not be adding to my shorts. There's just not enough meat on the bone when we're only targeting the 1.3600 zone. No point in putting on more risk for such little reward.

I've added a bit to my shorts in both GBP/USD and GBP/JPY but not adding yet in USD/JPY. I'd like to see it give up some ground before I start piling more on there.

Hi Geppy, i have never added to my trade. When do you decide to add a position? When there is a pullback? May you please show if you don't mind your gbpusd or gbpjpy chart with your added positions, just to know how to do it?

I've said it before, but adding to positions is more art than science. So it's mostly experience and ability to read price action. The best way to learn is to start doing it but if you're new to it only add with very small amounts in relation to your original size.

Once you figure out to do it you can make huge gains.
