Hi
I have sold usd/jpy at 112.80 this morning. Currently 113.14
The opening candle on the 19 Feb at its highest is 113.30. the 1 hour candle in GMT time.
I,m waiting to see if it gets higher than this.
I,m new to all this so don,t read a lot in to it, its just my way of thinking

Sorry I forgot to add that USD/JPY is also under the 50 moving average on my 4 hour chart

I don't agree that U/J broke just yet.
It is testing the upper wedge line and it coincides with 200 ma.

For intraday trader might set TP around 112.3x
For swinger just set lower... i have TP around 106.x

I am still trying to learn the rules of swing trading but the trading basics are:

Be patient with your trade ... follow the trading plan...do not over extend the position an set appropriate SL

Looks simple but it is so difficult to do

U/J still looks good to me (H4)

I'm in PST, guys. So it's 5:00am here now... I couldn't sleep worth crap last night (happens).

I'm happy to see though that some of our trades are doing well, particularly GBP/USD shorts. I'm still holding mine. I've got 6 minis at an average of 1.4300 -- I tried adding more in the middle of the night but missed it by 10 pips. Oh well.

USD/CAD has been boring, but making some progress. This pair seems to always test my patience these last few weeks. I closed out shorts a couple weeks ago after getting impatient only to see it drop the next hour. So I'm holding here and staying patient.

USD/JPY still looks ok to me. The 1-hour is testing the 50 and 200 moving average cluster and the 4-hour was rejected from the 50 moving average quite nicely. If it gets above that though, I'm running for the hills.

I did short some GBP/JPY last night. I'm averaged at 160.93 so a bit over 150 pips profit right now. I did not announce this on the thread because quite honestly I got annoyed by some of the posts and didn't feel like being as present as I usually am. Oh well, hopefully some of you sold too.

Hi Geppy, don't get annoyed too much, because there are many people here that are really interested about your trading style. The people who are interested in your teaching don't look for a post like "buy now" and trades signal, but more about your thought, in this way slowly we learn!Thanks again!

I'm targeting the lower bound of the trend channel we've outlined in the weekly update. That comes in somewhere in the low 1.36's and I believe my target is something like 1.3615 or so.

Once there, we're getting mighty close to the big daily support so I'll be observing for awhile to see how she reacts there.
