It will move, but EURGBP is a VERY slow mover, if you want action better find it somewhere else. )))
More important point is that reversal of EURGBP @ or close to 8000 level will signal mid-term bottom in GBP USD.

A setup for those who want trade against the trend ( I will not take this entry)
A 78.6 fibonacci brake on Monthly timeframe (fib ratio wich usually change the trends) reveal diminishing demand.
A "little fish" is similary to still waters and as in Nature where still waters are very deep , in trading too may signify a large accumulation of emotions and money too, because price is going nowhere. That attract predators (Big Whale) which smell the fresh "meat" and should eat them soon. Because our trend is UP and US election are near, that mean we trade against the trend and a covering action is vital as soon as price is near 0.875.
