it doesn't look bad to me monocor. that's a good trade. don't look at the bars or you'll go crazy.

Sell 3 didn't take it, smaller projection, but good momentum, there suppose to be deep correction, and there was price rejection ((((

Good Day Mr. Pip,

I'm having a hard time determining if something is a complex correction or a new structure high/low.

When do you determine if it is an actual new structure high/low? and when is it a complex correction???

Is this just ranging and that's why it's so difficult to label the structure properly?

i wouldnt say discipline as i think its a hard word to use

i like to think of it as trying to keep the car straight in its lane and not swerve all over the place

the word i like to use is keeping everyone "focused" on ONLY what mr pips has taught

Review the Structure Video a couple of more time your answer is there in a visual way. Work off of clear swings help. I also made a video on complex corrections. Have you seen them?

Hello Traders,

I was out of the office today on some business but am back now. I will be around tomorrow. I an pleased that you are helping each other out and also engaging. It looks like there are still some small issues but practice and revisiting the video on the topic you are having issues with will clear it up. Watch the videos a couple of times as we often get more value after the second and third time we watch them. I missed trading today so I did not have a fun day today. But tomorrow it's on. Can't wait!! Talk to you all tomorrow.

Yes sir, but I will go watch them a few times to make sure all of the information is being absorbed.

I did start scrolling through other pairs and saw more clearly structured pairs (i.e. clear trends). I know a lot of pro's try to limit their "watchlist" so I'm trying to follow in those foot steps by only trading 3 majors (EURUSD, USDJPY, AUDUSD).

But maybe at first at least to match your lessons... I should look for clear.... JUMPING OUT AT ME.... structure breaks (NSH & NSL) on any pairs that pop.

Trade that I'm looking to take USDJPY 5Min. So far this evening up 28.1 pips. You've definitely changed my world view with trading already and it is noticeable in the results!!!

I would be careful with that. I don't see what you're seeing. Why do you think it's a sell? I could be wrong.

The Blue area is a buy zone if it hits that target area. The fib extensions are from the main swing low there and the pullback to the low. The red line is a harmonic of the swing low there and they all line up with confluence in that zone.

The arrows you see are just orders/profit that I've already taken on this pair.

Ok. It's just hit that same area 3 times now and bounced off dramatically each time. I don't think it's going to hit your blue target. And it just tried to get past it and rejected it very hard.

For what it's worth, here's what I see on the tick chart. I have a hard time reading USDJPY though, so much movement up and down.

Since it is a very deep and strong correction downward (almost 100% pullback), I think it has changed it's direction to a downward bias based on my understanding so my expectation is down. The 382 (t1) would be in line with the future resistance there so I would probably just take all profit there.

Interesting analysis though - two traders following the same methodology - seeing it opposite That's why trading exists right Thanks for the analysis, let's see what happens!

And that's fine, we can see it differently for sure. But what I'm not understanding is if you're looking at a NSL, then your expectation would be a NSL, and your trade should follow that. If you're buying, then you're not following the trading rules outlined by Mr. Pip. That would be trading against the trend, in hopes that your expectation changes from a NSL to a NSH again. Unless you're trading on correction swings? But again, that's against order flow and expectation.
